Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A tape feed motor 2 feeds out a carrier tape 1 to a receiving side, and a no load feed detector 4 judges the front and rear of a reel, and after the carrier tape 1 has been fed as many as the fixed number of no load feed, the tape 1 is cut with a cutting knife 5, and then the reel 16 having completely wound tape 1 is received through a discharge cylinder 12 in a receiving part 19.
