- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ガスの吸脱着を行なう薬剤を充填した複数のキ
ヤニスターを、順次切換えて吸脱着を行なうガス
吸脱着装置において、 吸着を行なうキヤニスターのガスの入口と出口
との吸脱着されるべきガスの濃度をそれぞれ検出
するガス濃度検出器と、 ガス濃度検出器の出力に応答し、入口ガス濃度
Ｃ０と、出口ガス濃度Ｃ１との比（＝Ｃ１／Ｃ０
）が予め定められた値になつたときに、前記切換
え動作を行なう手段とを含むことを特徴とするガ
ス吸脱着装置。
