Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a capacitor by enhancing the intensity and stability of a polymerized film of a conductive high molecular compound by a method wherein, after processing an anode substrate with a dielectric layer formed thereon by a specific oxide solution, a conductive high molecular compound is produced to be a solid electrolyte by vapor phase polymerization. CONSTITUTION:An anode substrate with a dielectric layer formed thereon is processed by an oxide solution blended with a sulfonic acid of polymer anion or salt thereof. Later, when a conductive high molecular compound is produced to be a solid electrolyte on the dielectric layer by vapor phase polymerization, the intensity and stability of a polymerized film of the conductive high molecular compound can be enhanced. Consequently, the reliability of the solid electrolytic condenser can be improved if the solid electrolyte is used for the capacitor.
