ヤツターの非常開閉方法及び非常開閉装置に係る
ものである。

スイツチの非常時操作で、上記開閉作動をしてい
るシヤツターカーテンの緊急停止と、開閉用押釦
スイツチの操作によるシヤツターカーテン開閉作
動の規制をすると共に、この非常時状態におい
て、シヤツターカーテンは、閉鎖作動が規制され
て別途設け非常開用スイツチの操作での開放作動
のみが成されるようにしたことを特徴とする電動
シヤツターの非常開閉方法であり、また第二の発
明は、シヤツターカーテンを、開閉用押釦スイツ
チの操作に伴なう開閉制御回路機構からの指令で
開閉作動せしめるように構成した電動シヤツター
において、前記開閉制御回路機構には、非常時操
作で開閉用押釦スイツチ側の操作回路を遮断し
て、開閉作動の緊急停止と開閉用押釦スイツチの
操作による開閉作動規制とをする非常時開閉停止
スイツチ回路と、該非常時開閉停止スイツチ回路
の非常時操作状態で閉鎖作動は規制してシヤツタ
ーカーテンの非常開放のみを行う非常開用スイツ
チ回路とを設けたことを特徴とする電動シヤツタ
ーの非常開閉装置である。

の電流を流してシヤツターカーテン2を閉鎖せし
めるべく接点が切換わるリレースイツチ、EMS
は緊急停止スイツチ、SWは室内等の目に付きず
らい箇所に設けられた非常停止スイツチ、PBO
は非常開閉停止回路に設けられた非常開用スイツ
チ、RY1は非常停止スイツチSWをONにした際
に非常開閉停止回路側に接点が切換わるリレース
イツチ、T1は非常停止スイツチSWをONにし
た際に所定のタイマー時間(例えば1秒)経過後
に非常回路の接点がONとなるタイマースイツ

ーを銀行等の金融業の出入口に設けた場合などに
おいて、強盗等の不法者が侵入して室内を占拠し
て立て篭り、これによつて押釦スイツチPBU,
PBDが設けられた操作盤6がこれらの支配下に
おかれることがある。この様な場合、不法者の侵
入を知つた者が非常停止スイツチSWを押して
ONにしさえすれば、仮令えシヤツターカーテン
2が開閉作動している最中でも直ちに非常停止
し、そしてそれ以降、シヤツターカーテン2は別
室などに設けた非常開用スイツチPBOの操作に
よる開放作動のみしかできないことになつて、シ
ヤツターカーテン2が閉鎖作動してしまうことが
ない。即ち、非常停止スイツチSWを非常時側に
ON操作するとリレースイツチRYU,RYDに通
じる回路が遮断されるため、これらリレースイツ
チRYU,RYDは、仮令え開閉機M駆動側に切換
わつていても直ちに非駆動側に切換わり開閉機M
は停止状態になる。そして、非常開用スイツチ
PBOが設けられた非常回路側にあつては、リレ
ースイツチRY1の接点と、さらにタイマー時間
経過後はタイマースイツチT1の接点がそれぞれ
ONになる。このため、最早いくら押釦スイツチ
PBU,PBDを押し操作しても全く開閉機Mが駆
動することはない。そして以降は、非常開スイツ
チPBOによるシヤツターカーテン2の開放作動
しか電動シヤツター1をコントロールする手段が

動は全く規制されて、シヤツターカーテンの閉鎖
に伴う室内の密室化が有効に回避され、そして別
途設けた非常開用スイツチを操作したことによる
シヤツターカーテンの開放作動のみが成されるこ
ととなり、もつて開閉用押釦スイツチを自由操作
できない非常時において、シヤツターカーテンを
開放し得て事件の早期解決に大いに役立つなど防
犯性に優れたものとすることができる。
