周期の交流信号を発生し、該交流信号をそのゼロ
クロス点近傍を立上がり又は上下がりとするパル
ス信号に変換して、該パルス信号の立上がり又は
立下がりによつてクランクシヤフトの前記所定角
度位置を表すよう構成された電磁ピツクアツプ式
クランク角センサを備え、前記電磁ピツクアツプ
式クランク角センサから出力されるパルス信号の
立上がり又は立下がりを点火基準信号とし、機関
運転状態に応じて設定した点火時期を前記点火基
準信号から計測して求めて点火制御するよう構成
された内燃機関の点火時期制御装置において、機
関の回転速度を検出する機関回転速度検出手段と
、前記電磁ピツクアツプ式クランク角センサによ
る点火基準信号の出力遅れクランク角を前記機関
回転速度検出手段により検出された機関回転速度
に応じて設定する出力遅れクランク角設定手段と
、該出力遅れクランク角設定手段により設定され
た出力遅れクランク角に基づいて点火時期を補正
する点火時期補正手段と、を設けたことを特徴と
