ピニオンをシフトするシフトレバーと前記シフト
レバーを変位する電磁式エンゲージスイツチとか
ら成り、前記エンゲージスイツチは前記スタータ
とバツテリ電源との間に設けられているスタータ
起動装置において、前記電磁式エンゲージスイツ
チのコイルと前記直流電源との間に設けられた常
閉スイツチと前記ピニオンクラツチが噛合つたこ
とを検出する噛合検出器と前記エンゲージスイツ
チの励磁後一定時間経過しても前記噛合検出器か
らの出力がない時に前記常閉スイツチを開く制御
手段とを備えたことを特徴とするスタータ起動装
置。 (2) 前記噛合検出器は前記シフトレバーのピニ
オンクラツチ噛合い位置で前記シフトレバーの接
近によつて閉じられる近接スイツチから成つてい
る実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載のスター
