PURPOSE:To reduce the dielectric constant without reducing the pyroelectric coefficient by using a lead titanate or titanate lead zirconate porcelain composition material as the main component and using ferroelectric Pb5Ge3O11 with a low melting point as the auxiliary component to generate different-phase ceramic bulk by the liquid phase sintering. CONSTITUTION:A mixture added with MgO, MnO2, and PbCrO4 to a composition material Pb[(Sn1/2Sb1/2)0.05Ti0.11Zr0.84]O3 weighed with Pb3O4, TiO2, ZrO2, SnO2, and Sb2O3 is applied with the preset processing to obtain titanate lead zirconate (PZT) porcelain powder.
