The present invention relates to a cement composition containing an alkylene oxide adduct of specific diamines as an admixture. More specifically, the present invention uses one or a mixture of two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of alkylene oxide adducts of methylene diamine, 1,2-diaminopropane, polyglycol diamine, aminoethylpiperazine, and hydrazine. It relates to a cement composition characterized in that it contains 0.01 to 1.0% by weight based on the weight of cement. Conventionally, various admixtures have been used to improve the properties of cement compositions such as concrete, but among these, water reducers can reduce the amount of water required to obtain concrete with the desired softness and increase strength. It is widely used because it brings other favorable effects. So far, water reducing agents have been used such as lignin sulfonates, oxycarboxylate salts, sugars (e.g. glucose, maltose,
sucrose, fructose, etc.), highly polymerized polysaccharides (eg, dextrin), etc., but these have the disadvantage of having undesirable effects such as setting retardation effect and air entrainment effect. Furthermore, these compounds have a problem in their availability on the market. That is,
Lignosulfonate is made from sulfite pulp wastewater, but due to environmental regulations, pulp production using the sulfite method is likely to remain the same or be reduced, and availability in terms of quantity is a problem. However, since sugars, highly polymerized polysaccharides, etc. are made from agricultural products whose crops vary widely (and therefore prices vary widely), there is a problem in their availability in terms of price. The present invention aims to provide a non-chloride type admixture that does not exhibit secondary effects such as setting retardation effect and air entrainment effect, and also exhibits water reduction effect and strength increase effect, and which can be manufactured using industrial products as raw materials. It was done for a purpose. The present inventor has previously discovered that poly(hydroxyalkylated) polyethyleneamine or poly(hydroxyalkylated) polyethyleneimine is an admixture suitable for the above purpose, and has set out to provide a cement composition using the same. Successful. (See Japanese Patent Application No. 58-29640.) As a result of further research, the inventor found that the above-mentioned alkylene oxide adducts of methylene diamine, 1,2-diaminopropane, polyglycol diamine, aminoethylpiperazine, and hydrazine It has been found that it is an effective admixture similar to poly(hydroxyalkylated) polyethylene amines and the like. The present invention has been made based on this knowledge. That is, the present invention uses one or a mixture of two or more compounds selected from the group consisting of alkylene oxide adducts of methylene diamine, 1,2-diaminopropane, polyglycol diamine, aminoethylpiperazine, and hydrazine based on the weight of cement. from 0.01
The present invention provides a cement composition characterized in that it contains 1.0% by weight. Each alkylene oxide adduct of the above-mentioned specific diamines is an active hydrogen atom (hydrogen atom that can cause an addition reaction with alkylene oxide) bonded to the nitrogen atom in the molecule of these specific diamines. It is a compound having an added structure, and it may be a compound in which alkylene oxide is added to all of the above active hydrogen atoms existing in the molecule, or it may be a compound in which alkylene oxide is added to only one part of the active hydrogen atoms and unadded active hydrogen atoms. It may be in a form in which atoms remain. This number of residual active hydrogen is
The amount of alkylene oxide may be less than 1/2 of the total active hydrogen, and the amount of alkylene oxide added to one active hydrogen is not limited to 1 mole, but may be multiple moles. A compound having a structure in the form of an alkylene oxide adduct of methylene diamine is obtained by condensation of 2 moles of alkanolamine (for example diethanolamine) with 1 mole of formaldehyde. The alkylene oxides mentioned above are generally ethylene oxide and propylene oxide, but alkylene oxides having a larger number of carbon atoms may also be used. Compounds having a structure in the form of alkylene oxide adducts of the specific diamines mentioned above (hereinafter these substances are referred to as admixtures of the present invention) may be added to a cement composition based on the weight of the cement in the composition. % (referred to as usage amount) and is used in a proportion of 0.01 to 1.0%. If the amount used is less than 0.01%, the effect of addition will be insufficient, and if more than 1.0% is added, the effect will reach a ceiling and become economically disadvantageous. Considering effectiveness and economy, 0.02
Amounts used in the range ~0.1% are preferred. The cement composition in the present invention refers to a kneaded product obtained by adding water to cement or a mixture of cement and aggregate and kneading it, and specifically refers to cement paste, mortar, grout, concrete, etc. Moreover, all hydraulic cements can be used as the cement used in this cement composition. Examples of these include Portland cement, mixed cement, alumina cement, ultra-early strength cement, and expanded cement. To produce a cement composition containing the admixture of the present invention, various materials constituting the cement composition are put into a mixer and mixed together with other materials. be able to. In this case, the admixture of the present invention may be added substantially at the same time as the other materials, or the admixture of the present invention alone may be added a certain amount later than the other materials. Good too. moreover,
It is also possible to adopt a method in which the admixture is added during the period from when the various materials other than the admixture of the present invention have been kneaded and are discharged from the mixer until the time of pouring. Note that it is also possible to adopt an addition method of dry mixing the ingredients alone or in a mixture before adding water and kneading. By incorporating the admixture of the present invention into a cement composition, the amount of water required to obtain a cement composition of the same softness can be reduced, and the strength of the cement composition can be increased.
Moreover, these effects are obtained without undesirable side effects such as air entrainment and retardation of setting. The admixture of the present invention may be used with other admixtures, such as air-entraining agents, water-reducing agents, retarders, accelerators, blowing agents, foaming agents, antifoaming agents, water repellents, colorants, thickeners, and rust preventives. ,
It can be used in combination with fly ash, blast furnace slag powder, pozzolanic expansion material, etc. Next, in order to explain the effects of the present invention, examples and comparative examples will be shown below using concrete as an example of a cement composition. Examples and Comparative Examples Concrete test results are shown to demonstrate the effects of the present invention. As an admixture, in addition to substances with various chemical structures belonging to the admixture of the present invention, the test results using triethanolamine (hereinafter abbreviated as TEA) in combination for comparison were used as comparative examples. (1) Concrete test Ordinary Portland cement was used as the cement, and the unit cement amount was 249Kg/m 3 and slump.
The unit water volume was determined with a target value of 12.7±1.3cm.
In addition, the ratio of fine aggregate to coarse aggregate is 0.46~
It was performed as a range of 0.47. The test was conducted for each series, and for comparison among each series, the case where the plain formulation was used was tested. The test method is as follows American Standards Association (ASTM)
In accordance with the provisions of the enactment. (B) ASTM C-39-72 (1979): Method for measuring concrete compressive strength using cylindrical concrete specimens (B) ASTM C-143-78: Method for measuring slump of Portland cement concrete (C) ASTM C-231- 78: Measuring air content in fresh concrete using pressure method (d) ASTM C-403-77: Measuring setting time of concrete using penetration resistance (2) Admixture L used: Di(hydroxyethyl) 1,2- Diaminopropane M: Tetra(hydroxyethyl)1,2-diaminopropane N: Di(hydroxyethyl)hydrazine O: Tetra(hydroxyethyl)hydrazine S: Ethoxylated polyglycol diamine (The polyglycol diamine used was H 2 N.

In the table, the symbol RH represents the relative curing speed with respect to the plain formulation; a negative value indicates that the curing is faster than the plain formulation, and a positive value indicates that the curing is slow.
The absolute value of the curing rate for each prene formulation is shown in the box. In addition, C x % in the table means the amount used (added weight % based on cement weight),
W indicates unit water volume (Kg/m 3 ).
