本発明は２名刺に記載されている会社名や氏名電話番号
等の名刺記載事項をそれぞれ区別して自動的に光学装置
によって読取り、その情報をそのままコンピュータに入
力・記憶することができるようにした識別マーク付き名
刺であって、該名刺の片面又は両面にフィルム層を有す

ため最近２名刺に記載されている氏名や会社名等の名刺
記載事項を人手によってコンピュータに入力しておき１
氏名や会社名等何らかの手がかりから目的とする名刺を
捜したり２種々の名刺情報を加工情報（一覧表）として
取出したりすることができるようにしたものが考えられ
ている。この方法は氏名や会社名を忘れても他の情報例
えば千葉系にあった会社の営業課長だった人の名刺とか
氏名や会社名の一部「〜測量〜」という会社名だったと
いうだけの情報から名刺が捜し出せたり、「営業課長一
覧表」、「入社の人の一覧表」などの名刺に関する加工
情報がたちどころに打出される等２名刺情報の検索打出
しが容易で多様性がある半面２名刺情報をコンピュータ
入力する際人手を要し１時間や経費がかかる」二に、入
力ミスや難解文字、誤読しやすい読み方の文字の存在に
よる入力時の障害が多くあり、この方法もあまり実用さ
れていないのが現状である。本発明者はこの原因が名刺
自体にあることに着目し１名刺の改良に取組み２本出願
人は、これまでに識別マーク付き名刺や、その入力方法
、検索方法等についていくつかの出願（実願昭６Ｏ−１

て用いることによって１つの項目（例えば氏名）につい
て１つの識別マークを用いるだけでよい。（もちろんそ
れぞれに付してもよい）
（効 果）
本発明においては名刺台紙とそれに積層されているフィ
ルムのいずれか一方又は両方に分散して名刺記載事項と
それを区別する識別マークが付されているので、光学装
置によって自動的に会社名は会社名として、所属は所属
として、役職は役職としてというようにそれぞれの名刺
記載事項を区別して読取り、コンピュータにもそれぞれ
区別して入力、記憶することができる。これにより２名
刺情報のコンピュータ入力に人手を要さなくなると共に
入力ミス、誤読、難解文字の入力不能がなくなり正確に
迅速に経済的に名刺情報のコンピュータ入力が可能とな
った。さらに本発明では名刺台紙にフィルムが積層され
ているので水に対しても又折り曲げに対しても強く汚れ

されているフィルムを積層した特許請求の範囲第２項に
記載のフィルム層を有する識別マーク付き名刺。 ４）名刺台紙に視覚上も光学装置によっても認識可能な
インキ類又は視覚上は認識しにくいが、光学装置によっ
ては認識可能なインキ類で識別マークを印し、これら識
別マークを少なくとも覆うように視覚上は認識可能であ
るが光学装置によっては認識不可能なドロップアウトカ
ラーインキでフィルム又は台紙にカムフラージュ印刷を

たは視覚上は認識しにくいが光学装置によっては認識可

が名刺記載事項やそれらを区別する識別マークが印され
ているフィルム又は名刺台紙面とは反対側の名刺台紙面
又はフィルム面に印されている特許請求の範囲第８項又
は第９項のいずれかに記載のフィルム層を有する識別マ
ーク付き名刺。 １１）機械読取りコードとそれらを区別する識別マーク
が名刺台紙又はそれに積層されているフィルムの余白部
