Claims (1)
部品を整列溝に1列に配列させるリニアフイーダ
と、チツプ部品受け入れ状態で前記整列溝に接続
可能な分離溝が形成された分離スライダと、該分
離スライダがチツプ部品分離状態にあるとき前記
分離溝に接続可能なガイド溝が形成された挿入ガ
イドと、前記分離溝内のチツプ部品を前記ガイド
溝へ押し出すプツシヤーと、形状不良のチツプ部
品が前記分離溝に位置して前記分離スライダが摺
動不能となつたときに当該形状不良のチツプ部品
を吸着除去する吸着ピンとを備えたことを特徴と
するチツプ部品供給装置。 (2) 前記リニアフイーダは、前記整列溝に配列
されたチツプ部品に対してエアーを前進方向に吹
き付けるエアージエツト・ノズルを備えるもので
ある実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載のチツプ
