The conventional method for providing ventilation holes in hats was the eyelet method, in which the required number of small circular ventilation holes were first placed in the crown part of the hat near the circle, and a metal ring was fitted along the circumference of the ventilation holes. . However, with this method, it is not always possible to use metal eyelets due to the balance with the fabric used for the hat, and the shape is difficult to deform freely, so it is difficult to achieve a sufficient design effect. There was an inconvenience that I couldn't do it.

That is, the specific configuration of this invention is to provide an opening of an arbitrary shape in the crown portion of the hat, and to close the opening and attach a heat-sealable interlining to the back side so as to overlap the periphery of the opening, and to close the periphery of the opening. This hat is made by cutting out the interlining with a heat cutter along the inner rim of the seam to form ventilation openings.

FIG. 1 shows the case where this invention is applied to a helmet-shaped hat 1 having a circle 2 around it. FIG. 2 shows a part of the manufacturing process of the hat. First, in step a, an opening 4 of an arbitrary shape is die-cut in the constituent piece 3' constituting the crown 3. A heat-fusible interlining 5 that partially overlaps the crown 3, that is, the component piece 3' of the crown, is applied and temporarily fixed to the back side of the die-cut opening 4 to close the entire opening 4 portion. As the interlining 5, a polyamide resin or polyolefin resin film or fabric having an appropriate thickness can be used. Then b
In this case, the portion of the crown 3 along which the opening 4 lies,
Using the interlining material 5 as a core, edge the interlining material 5 with a shishiyuu 6 using a shishiyuu sewing machine, then cut the part of the interlining material 5 slightly inside the shishiyuu 6 as shown by the arrow with a heat cutter or a cutting knife (not shown). The openings 9 for ventilation are formed by heat-cutting using a heat-cutting method, and at the same time, the interlining, the fabric, and the constituent pieces are fused together. Subsequently, each component piece is covered with patch cloths 10 and 11 as appropriate and sewn together using a sewing machine, and as shown in FIG. 7 is attached, and the cap 1 shown in FIG. 1 is completed.

When the hat 1 is configured as described above, the ventilation opening 9 of an arbitrary shape is formed in the crown 3.
The lining 6 along the opening 4 is heat-sealed to the interlining 5 on the back side and can maintain its shape over a long period of time, giving the hat 1 sufficient ventilation. At the same time, the design effect can be significantly improved. The design effect can be adjusted to suit the type of hat 1 and the fabric used by changing the combinations of the color of the threads used in the cap 6 and the width of the cap 6. In addition, since the interlining 5 is heat-sealed to the circumference of the ventilation opening 9 of the crown 3 by heat cutting with a cutting knife, even if the ventilation opening 9 is enlarged, the opening cannot be removed from the opening. It is possible to reliably prevent the crown 3 from unraveling.

The procedure is the same as in Fig. 1 until the interlining (indicated by the dashed line) is temporarily attached, but the method of applying the shishiyu is slightly different from the case in Fig. 1. That is, in this case, the bridge consists of a reincarnation barrier 8A, a design barrier 8B, and a bridging barrier 8C that connects the two bridges 8A and 8B. Various flowers, birds, sports scenes, etc. can be used as the subject matter for the design-oriented Shishiyuu 8B, depending on the type and fabric of hat 1, but for the bridge-use Shishiyuu 8C, the design-oriented Shishiyuu 8B can be used. It is important for the overall design effect to be well placed so that it harmonizes with 8B and becomes one of its constituent elements.

Figure 3 shows a yacht with a design of Shishiyu 8B floating in the ocean, with a bridging Shishiyu 8C arranged to represent the clouds in the summer sky, and a part of the reincarnation Shishiyu 8A forming waves. , and further shows the case where seagulls 8B' and 8B'' are placed in the sky to create an overall cohesiveness.

After applying shishiyu 8 to crown 3A and interlining 5A, the area surrounded by shishiyu 8A for reinforcing, shishiyu 8C for bridging, and shishiyu 8C for bridging, design shishiyu 8B and Shishiyu 8C for bridging
The respective non-squeezable parts formed by the above are heat cut as appropriate using a die-cutting jig with a design prepared in advance, and a plurality of ventilation openings 9A, 9 are formed.

The peripheral edge of the contour line A is also heat welded. In this case as well, the hat 1A is completed by attaching the net lining 7A to the inside of the interlining 5.

In the above explanation, Shishiyu is applied to hats that have a circle, but it goes without saying that Shishiyu can also be applied to hats that do not have a circle around the crown. . Further, the interlining may be thermally bonded not during heat cutting but during temporary fixing.

As is clear from the above explanation, according to the hat of this invention, not only can the hat be given an excellent design effect and sufficient ventilation, but the ventilation openings are Because it can be done by heat cutting using die cutting,
This has the effect of making the opening work easier and reliably preventing loosening from the opening.
