クアツプラインから該タイマ回路へ電源を供給す
る電源回路と、該電源スイツチがオフになると該
電源回路を通して該負荷に電流を流す負荷駆動回
路と、該タイマ回路のタイムアウト出力を受けて
該電源回路とバツクアツプラインとの間を遮断す
る電源遮断回路とを備えてなることを特徴とする
