素子として、直流入力電圧をオンオフし、該直流
入力電圧と異なる直流出力電圧を得るトランジス
タチヨツパ装置において、 上記ダーリントン接続トランジスタのベース駆
動回路と上記ベースとの間に電流の急激な変化を
抑制する回路手段を設けたことを特徴とするトラ
ンジスタチヨツパ装置。
