To attach a working scaffolding bolt to a utility pole made of concrete, etc., embed a cap 3 made of insulating material such as Bakelite in the mounting hole 2 provided on the utility pole 1 as shown in Figure 1, and then tighten the female screw inside the cap 3. The male screw of the scaffolding bolt 5 is screwed into the screw through the insulating washer 7 (Jetko Kosho 38-6416). This insulating washer 7 prevents rainwater from being transmitted from the utility pole 1 to the scaffolding bolts 5 even when the utility pole 1 gets wet during rainy weather.
It electrically insulates the utility pole 1 and the scaffolding bolt 5, and serves to protect construction workers from electrical leakage accidents in rainy weather. Conventionally, the inner diameter of the insertion hole 8 of the insulating washer 7 has been made slightly larger than the outer diameter of the scaffolding bolt 5, as shown in FIG. 2, to facilitate fitting. However, when attaching the scaffolding bolt 5 to the utility pole 1, the insulating washer 7 fitted into the scaffolding bolt 5 tends to come off and often falls to the ground. If it falls to the ground, you have to go all the way down the pole to pick it up, which is extremely inefficient. To solve this problem, if the inner diameter of the insertion hole 8 is made approximately equal to the outer diameter of the scaffolding bolt 5, it will become difficult to pull out, but at the same time it will be difficult to fit, and the installation work will not proceed smoothly in this case as well.

Therefore, the inventor of the present invention conducted extensive research into a structure that would be difficult to remove and yet easy to fit. As a result, the insertion hole 8
Three or more protrusions that divide the inner circumference almost equally are provided on the inner wall surface with a gap wider than the width of the protrusions, and the circumference connecting the tips of the protrusions is approximately the same size as the outer circumference of the scaffolding bolt. He discovered that it would be better to form the structure in this way and completed the present invention.

The present invention will be explained in detail below along with an embodiment shown in the drawings. Reference numeral 7 denotes an insulating washer, which includes a slightly thick boss part 9, an insertion hole 8 provided in the boss part 9, and a circular ring from the boss part 9. It is composed of a cap 10 that spreads out in the shape of a pyramid. The inner diameter of the insertion hole 8 is the same as that of the scaffolding bolt 5.
Slightly larger than the outer diameter (approximately 1 to 3 mm larger)
On the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 8, three protrusions 11 that divide the inner circumference almost equally are provided at intervals wider than the width of the protrusions 11 (in this embodiment, the interval is about six times as large). ing. A circumference 12 connecting the tips of the protrusions 11 is formed to have approximately the same size as the outer circumference of the scaffolding bolt 5. Almost the same means the same size,
Refers to a slightly smaller size. Although the number of protrusions 11 is three in this embodiment, it is of course not limited to this, and may be four or six. The insulating washer is usually manufactured by molding plastics such as polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, or rubber.

When the protrusion 11 is provided on the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 8 in this manner, the tip of the protrusion 11 comes into contact with the outer periphery of the scaffolding bolt 5. When passing the scaffolding bolt 5 through the insulating washer 7, since the material is made of rubber or plastic and its width is small, the protrusion 11 does not pose much of an obstacle and can be inserted smoothly. However, even if the scaffolding bolt 5 is turned downward after being inserted, the protrusion 1
Due to the friction between the tip of the scaffold bolt 5 and the outer periphery of the scaffold bolt 5, it does not fall off immediately.

In addition, in the insulating washer of this embodiment, since the three protrusions 11 are provided at positions that approximately equally divide the inner wall surface of the insertion hole 8, when this insulating washer is inserted into the scaffolding bolt 5, the insulating washer will not pass through. The centers of the holes 8 and the scaffolding bolts 5 can be made to be the same, and it is possible to prevent the center of the insulating washer from shifting from the center of the scaffolding bolts 5, thereby preventing the insulation from deteriorating. In other words, if the centers of the insulating washer 7 and the scaffolding bolts 5 are misaligned, and the scaffolding bolts 5 are no longer able to press the boss portion 9 evenly, a large force is applied to a portion of the cap 10, causing a crack in that portion. In some cases, the cap 10 may be bent toward the utility pole, and rainwater flowing down the utility pole 1 during rainy weather may be transferred to the scaffolding bolts 5.
However, if the insulating washer 7 of this embodiment is used, the center of the insulating washer 7 can always be aligned with the center of the scaffolding bolt 5, so there is no risk of deteriorating the electrical insulation. It has never happened before.

As described in detail above, the present invention has an insulating washer for scaffolding bolts that has a cap formed around the boss to prevent rainwater flowing down the utility pole from being transmitted to the scaffolding bolts during rainy days. Three or more protrusions are provided at equally divided positions at intervals wider than the width of the protrusions, and formed of rubber or plastic so that the circumference connecting the tips of the protrusions is approximately the same size as the outer circumference of the scaffolding bolt 5. Despite its simple structure, it has the excellent advantage of being easy to fit onto scaffolding bolts and difficult to fall off, and when this insulating washer is fitted onto scaffolding bolts, its center is the same as the center of the scaffolding bolt. The boss part can be evenly pressed by the scaffolding bolts, making it possible to reliably block rainwater flowing through the pole without bending or cracking the cap, and improving its insulation properties. .

Furthermore, if the scaffolding bolts become loose after installation on the utility pole and rainwater gets into the insulating washer during rainy weather, if the spacing between the protrusions is narrow, the rainwater that gets into the gap will be trapped by surface tension. The problem is that even when the weather improves, the scaffolding bolts do not easily evaporate, and even when the scaffolding bolts are retightened after the weather improves, the original insulation properties are lost due to rainwater that has accumulated in the insertion holes. However, with the insulating washer of the present invention, the distance between the protrusions is wider than the width of the protrusions, so drainage is good.
The scaffolding bolts have never rusted, and insulation can be restored by re-tightening the scaffolding bolts after the weather has cleared.

Therefore, by using the insulating washer for scaffolding bolts of the present invention, it is possible to improve the work efficiency of the workers on the utility pole, and also to improve the safety of the work.
