Description
第１図はこの考案の一実施例によるＦＥＴアン
プを示す等価回路図、第２図は環境温度と相対出
力の関係を示したグラフ、第３図は従来のＦＥＴ
アンプを示す等価回路図で、１はＦＥＴ、２はバ
イアスチヨーク回路、３はコンデンサ、４は信号
入力端子、５は信号出力端子、６はゲートの電圧
コントローラー、７は直流電源回路、８はドレイ
ン電圧コントローラーである。なお、図中同一あ
るいは相当部分には同一符号を付して示してある
。

Claims (1)
- ソース端子が接地されているＦＥＴと、上記Ｆ
ＥＴのゲート側及びドレイン側のそれぞれに接地
されるコンデンサと、上記ゲート側コンデンサに
接続される信号入力端子と、上記ドレイン側コン
デンサに接続される信号出力端子と、上記ＦＥＴ
と２つのコンデンサの間からそれぞれＴ字分岐す
るよう接続される２つのバイアスチヨーク回路と
、上記ＦＥＴのドレイン側にあるバイアスチヨー
ク回路に直列接続される電圧コントローラーと、
電圧コントローラーとゲート側バイアスチヨーク
回路に接続される１つの直流電源回路とを備えた
ことを特徴とするＦＥＴアンプ。
