の軸心に対する胴円周方向偏心位置に設けるとと
もに、フレーム側のカムと倍径胴側のカムフオロ
アとを有し倍径胴の回転により前記吸着レバーを
揺動させて前記吸着ヘツドを突出端中心に揺動さ
