DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION C.Objective of the Invention (Industrial Field of Application) The present invention relates to a method for forming a surface pattern on a lightweight cellular concrete board by mechanically processing the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete board.

(Prior Art) Lightweight aerated concrete (hereinafter referred to as ALC) plates have excellent properties such as lightness, fire resistance, and heat insulation properties, and thus have been widely used in recent years, especially as exterior materials for buildings.

Incidentally, the surface of the ALC board is quite smooth because the material slurry is molded and hardened in a mold, and then removed from the mold and cut into panel shapes using piano wire or the like.

Therefore, the surface has little change in design, and its commercial value as an exterior material cannot be sufficiently increased as it is.

Therefore, conventionally, in order to form a surface pattern on the ALC board,
The method used was to mill the surface to form mainly linear grooves. However, according to this method, the original smooth surface remains on the panel surface other than the grooves, and the inner surface of the groove body is also made smooth by milling, resulting in an inorganic and uniform impression as a whole. There was a problem in that it was not possible to meet the demand for a calm, natural pattern.

For example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 55-53515, a mask plate having a large number of through holes is placed on the surface of an ALC plate, and minute steel balls or the like are sprayed to fill the through holes in the mask plate. A pattern forming method is also provided in which the surface of the ALC plate is eroded and patterned by passing steel balls. However, this method leaves the part covered by the mask plate as a smooth surface, and the pattern is formed by contrasting the uneven part eroded by the steel balls with the smooth surface. is ALC
It remains in many areas of the plate surface, giving an inorganic impression that is not much different from the milling process described above.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) - As mentioned above, in the conventional method for forming surface patterns on lightweight aerated concrete plates, the original smooth surface remains on the surface of the ALC plate, resulting in limited design effects. Therefore, there was a problem that it was not possible to meet the diverse demands of recent years.

[Structure of the Invention (Means for Solving Problems and Their Effects) The method for forming a surface pattern on a lightweight cellular concrete board according to the present invention involves forming grooves on the surface of a lightweight cellular concrete board by cutting, and then It is characterized by forming an uneven pattern over the entire surface by projecting a large number of hard particles onto the surface and eroding the surface layer. While the pattern of grooves remains, the surface of the lightweight aerated concrete plate is smooth. Since no surface remains, a natural pattern with falling edges is formed as a whole.

First, as a first step, the ALC plate 1, which has been cut to a predetermined size and subjected to a curing process, etc., is subjected to a cutting process using, for example, a well-known milling machine. From this 1ζ, a linear groove 2 with a depth of, for example, within 10 mm is formed on the surface of the ALC plate 1 (first

For example, two impeller units 4 are provided above the belt conveyor 3, and from these impeller units 4, shot material consisting of countless hard particles, such as stainless steel balls with a diameter of 2 to 3 +U, is applied to the moving ALC plate 1. It is projected at high speed. Then, as is well known, the ALC board 1 contains countless air bubbles inside and is vulnerable to local impact forces, so the surface layer is crushed and eroded by the collision with the shot material, and the shot material directly hits the portion containing the air bubbles. Since the surface of the ALC plate 1 is fractured deeper and larger at the portion where the collision occurred, the eroded surface becomes a complex uneven shape in which the four parts have various sizes and depths. If this operation is continued while feeding the shot material until the entire area of the ALC board 1 is exposed to the shot material, the ALC
On the surface of the plate 1, a complex and natural uneven pattern is formed over the entire area, with no smooth surface remaining and the concave shapes of the grooves 2 remaining (see FIG. 1(B)). The ALC board 1 patterned in this way does not leave any of the original smooth surface of the ALC board on its surface, and has a disordered and intricately changing uneven pattern over the entire area, compared to the conventional one that leaves a smooth surface. It is rich in design variations and can give a natural impression of youthfulness.
This can greatly increase the product value. In addition, in the above embodiment, an example was shown in which a stainless steel ball was used as the shot material, but the present invention is not limited to this.
Various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention, including the use of hard particles of steel, aluminum, ceramics, etc.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the present invention involves forming grooves on the surface of an ALC board by cutting, and then projecting a large number of hard particles onto the surface to form an uneven pattern over the entire surface. It has the following characteristics and has the excellent effect of being able to form a natural and calming pattern on the surface, greatly increasing the commercial value of the ALC board.
