【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、放電灯用安定器、小型変圧器等にお
ける積層鉄心の結合固定構造に関するものであ
る。

単に抵抗線を両者鉄心間に介在しただけであるた
め、コイルを具備しない側の積層鉄心は、積層状
態が崩れないようにクランプしておく必要があ
り、作業が煩雑であつた。

を具備しない積層鉄心とを電気抵抗溶接により結
合し、かつケース内に収納したものにおいて、後
者積層鉄心に、電気抵抗溶接用の抵抗線を少なく
とも1回以上巻付け、ケースに該抵抗線が係合す
る係合部を設けた点にある。

6を嵌装しているため、これによつて崩れを防止
できる。下ケース2には第3図に示すように安定
器本体1のC型積層鉄心4,4を受ける段部2
a,2aに、各抵抗線7,7に対応して溝状の係
合部8,8が夫々形成されており、この係合部
8,8に抵抗線7,7が係合して安定器本体1の
下ケース2に対する位置決めを行なつている。従
つて、安定器本体1の固定が非常に確実であり、
位置ずれ、脱落等を防止できる。なお上ケース3
は下ケース2の側壁部2b,2bに形成した爪2
cを折曲げて固定される。係合部8,8は切欠き
であつても良い。

を利用して位置決めができ、固定が確実である。
