Claims (1)
- 高圧のヘリウムガス等を作動媒体として、蓄冷
器１１、デイスプレーサまたはピストン１０、シ
リンダ、ガス分配器２５等で構成されたガスサイ
クル冷凍機において、前記デイスプレーサまたは
ピストン１０の上部に形成された上部空間（第二
室）１５をその途中に流量調節機構４０を設けた
給排気通路８を介して給排気制御用ロータリーバ
ルブ４に接続したことを特徴とするガスサイクル
冷凍機。
