Claims

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】バツキングプレート上に配設され、円弧状を成
して長手方向中間部に内周側に向かつて開口する
切欠が形成されたシユーウエブをそれぞれ有する
一対のブレーキシユーを備えたドラムブレーキに
おいて、軸部と、その一端に設けられて該軸部か
ら軸心と直角な方向へ所定距離突き出す頭部とを
有し、該軸部の他端側において前記バツキングプ
レートに揺動可能に取り付けられるとともに、該
軸部の中間部が前記シユーウエブの切欠内に挿通
させられるシユーホルドダウンピンと、貫通穴を
それぞれ有し、該貫通穴内を前記軸部がそれぞれ
挿通する状態で前記頭部と前記シユーウエブとの
間に配設され、該頭部側に位置して該頭部と該貫
通穴周縁との当接により抜けが阻止された第一カ
ツプおよび該シユーウエブ側に位置する第二カツ
プと、該両カツプ間に所定の予荷重が付与された
状態で介装されたコイルスプリングとを備え、前
記ブレーキシユーを互いに拡開可能な状態で前記
バツキングプレート上に支持するシユーホルドダ
ウン装置であつて、前記シユーホルドダウンピンの頭部の前記第一
カツプの前記貫通穴周縁と当接する部分に、該頭
部の基部から先端に向かうに連れて該シユーホル
ドダウンピンの軸心から離隔する方向へ所定角度
傾斜するテーパ面を含むことを特徴とするドラム
