は開口端となし、この外装筒１０内に摺動自在に
充填容器１１を嵌装すると共に、この充填容器１
１の一方端を取り外し可能な押し蓋１２で閉塞し
、且つ他方端には噴出ヘツド２９を備えたポンプ
機構部２０を装着して、更に充填容器１１の内部
にはこの内周面に液密的に摺接する注入孔１３ｂ
付きの可動蓋１３を嵌装して、製造時にこの可動
蓋１３の注入孔１３ｂから充填容器１１内に流動
性の内容物Ｌを充満せしめると共に、この内容物
Ｌに混入した空気を注入孔１３ｂから大気中に放
出せしめたのち、注入孔１３ｂを止栓１４によつ
て封止するようになし、使用時に把持固定した前
記外装筒１０に対して充填容器１１を摺動させて
