Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 車体後部に、バツクドアにて開閉される開
    口部が形成された車体構造において、上記開口部
    の側縁及び下縁がリヤピラー及びリヤクロスメン
    バにより形成され、該リヤピラーのリヤピラーイ
    ンナとリヤクロスメンバのリヤクロスメンバイン
    ナとが結合され、かつリヤクロスメンバのリヤク
    ロスメンバアウタとリヤフエンダとが結合され、
    さらに上記リヤピラーに車体上下方向に延びるピ
    ラーレインフオースメントが配設され、該ピラー
    レインフオースメントの一端部がリヤピラーイン
    ナに、他端部がリヤクロスメンバアウタにそれぞ
    れ結合されていることを特徴とする自動車の後部
    車体構造。 (2) ピラーレインフオースメントの他端部は、
    リヤクロスメンバアウタとランプハウジングとの
    結合部において該リヤクロスメンバアウタに結合
    されているところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第１
    項記載の自動車の後部車体構造。 (3) ピラーレインフオースメントの他端部は、
    リヤクロスメンバアウタとバンパーブラケツトと
    の結合部において該リヤクロスメンバアウタに結
    合されているところの実用新案登録請求の範囲第
    １項記載の自動車の後部車体構造。
