Abstract

PURPOSE:To attach a sphere to a spherical seat with pressure surely with simple and inexpensive constitution as well as to prevent play and noise between the sphere and the spherical seat from occurring, by attaching the sphere to the spherical seat of a piston with pressure by dint of spring force of the compressed spring locked to the piston. CONSTITUTION:A spherical seat 14 is installed in the bottom of a piston 13. On the other hand, at both ends of a connecting rod 18, there are provided with a sphere 10 to be connected to the spherical seat 14 of the piston 13 and a ring connecting part 18a to be connected to a crankshaft, respectively. And, a concave compressed spring 15 is installed in an inner side face 16 of the piston 13 via fixtures 17, whereby the sphere 10 is attached to the spherical seat 14 with pressure. With this constitution, the sphere 10 is attached to the spherical seat with pressure surely with simple and inexpensive constitution, thus not only play and noise between the sphere 10 and the spherical seat 14 is prevented from occurring but also reliability and durability are well improved.

発明の効果 以上の様に、本発明は、クランク軸と、底面に球座を有

前記球体を前記球座に押え付ける圧着スプリングと、前

座に押え付けられる事になり、弾性体を介在させなくて
も、遊びを生ずる事は無い。その為密閉型電動圧縮機で
問題となる騒音は低く、信頼性も高いものとなる。又圧
着スプリングは、バネ鋼等の安価で耐摩耗性の良い材料
が使用できる為低コストで、耐久性が高いものとなる。
