[Conventional technology] In recent years, fruits and vegetables are sorted by grade using a multi-row sorting conveyor, automatically weighed and packed into cardboard boxes for each grade, and then sealed with an automatic counterstick machine and shipped to the market. Sorting facilities have been installed at agricultural cooperative fruit sorting plants around the country to process large quantities of fruit, but the packaging equipment for the sorted materials at these conventional sorting facilities is based on automatic weighing and packaging equipment using platform scales. An automatic constant boxing device that packs the sorted items into boxes in predetermined numbers for each sorted class has not yet been realized.

In addition, in the conventional method of packing by weight, the boxing input (supply) section is divided into two parts, large supply (main supply conveyor) and small quantity supply (@quantity supply conveyor), in order to ensure accurate weighing. This is commonly practiced, and the method disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 51-86381 is well known. However, with these conventional methods of weighing and boxing items to a constant weight, even if the weight of each box in the same class is accurate and constant, the number of items packed in each box to be sorted is not constant. There was a variation of about 10% from the average.

For example, the M class of Satsuma mandarin oranges has an average weight of 100g per piece, and an average of 150 pieces per box, but the actual situation varies by about 15 pieces.

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] As mentioned above, in this conventional weight-packing boxing device, there is a variation in the number of pieces, and the number of pieces of sorted items packed in a box varies. Therefore, when selling in bulk at supermarkets and other mass retailers or retail stores, it is not possible to instantly calculate the purchasing cost per unit, and when purchasing for sale in bags, it is not possible to calculate the number of packs that can be obtained from one box. This is inconvenient, and there is a strong demand from the market for shipping in constant boxes by packaging the number of units.

In addition, in order to ensure accurate weighing, the conventional method described above is
In the known system, the filling section is divided into two parts: a large supply (main supply conveyor) and a small supply (trace supply conveyor).
For example, in the case of a 15 kg pack of Unshu mandarin oranges, when the weight reaches 14 kg or 14.5 kg, the bulk supply to the box is stopped and the mandarin oranges are fed relatively slowly one by one until the quantity reaches the fixed amount (15 kg). However, there was a problem in that this small amount supply, one by one, was extremely inefficient.

Furthermore, the above-mentioned conventional automatic weighing using a platform scale (weighing instrument) (
In the weighing/packing device, the fruit and side dishes are dropped into the cardboard box from slightly above the opened cardboard box, so there is a large drop at the beginning of feeding (feeding), and the fruit and side dishes are subject to a large falling impact. However, due to the mechanism, there is no way to prevent impact, so it can cause bruises, peeling, etc. caused by falling fruits and vegetables.
Damage such as dents occurs, which is the biggest problem in the process of sorting facilities (for example, the height of a cardboard box containing 15 kg of oranges is 430 mm, and the practical height is 500 mm).
There is a large difference between the inside and outside, but in the case of mandarin oranges, the difference is 300.
It is generally known from test results that when the amount exceeds 1 mm, the damage to the fruit increases rapidly). In addition, with the above conventional method, the fruit and side dishes supplied in the cardboard box when the lid is opened pile up inside the box, so it is difficult to seal the box unless it is flattened by a worker or a vibrating device before sealing. I had a problem that I couldn't do. The present invention was made to solve these problems, and the present invention was made to solve these problems.
The number of side dishes is totaled for each class, and the predetermined number of dishes for each class is automatically packed into boxes, and the inefficiency caused by conventional small-quantity supply (small quantity supply) is eliminated and supply efficiency is increased. In addition to providing an automatic constant packaging device, a vertically swingable buffer plate is inserted into the cardboard box at the start of box packing to reduce the head by dividing it into two, and after a certain amount (number of pieces) is loaded, the buffer plate is inserted into the cardboard box. By swinging the cardboard upwards from inside the cardboard box to remove it from the box, the fruits and vegetables on the buffer board are dispersed and put into the box, that is, by creating a two-level difference, the occurrence of damaged fruit is prevented. To provide an automatic constant packaging device which prevents fruits and side dishes from being piled up in a cardboard box by dispersing them in the box.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention provides a system in which a plurality of sorting conveyors are arranged in parallel, each sorting conveyor sorts fruits and vegetables to be sorted by class, and each class is combined and carried out for packaging. In a sorting facility where the sorting conveyor is used for sorting each class, two discharge conveyors 9 are provided below the discharge position in a direction that crosses each strip of the sorting conveyor.
A and 9B are arranged in parallel, and a totalizing means counts the number of objects to be sorted and discharged from each sorting conveyor for each class, and issues a quantitative signal each time the number reaches a predetermined number determined in advance for each class. and a means for alternately switching and discharging the objects to be sorted to the two discharge conveyors in response to a signal from the totalizing means, and for each class, a common conveyor is provided at the end of the two discharge conveyors. a charging device;
A cartoning conveyor is provided below the immersion device, and empty cardboard boxes placed on standby on the cartoning conveyor are filled with a predetermined number of empty cardboard boxes alternately from the unloading conveyors 9A and 9B; The shock absorber of the feeding device is made vertically swingable, and the shock absorber is shallowly inserted into an empty cardboard box that is swung downward and is placed on standby on the boxing conveyor. When the stored items carried out from the side carry-out conveyor reach a predetermined level, they swing upward to disperse the items into the empty cardboard box and leave the box. It is something.

9B), both conveyors 9A and 9B are commonly connected to each other. The buffer plate 6 is moved to the tip of the chute 5 by the buffer plate force device 7 which operates in conjunction with the operation of the empty box supply device 3 to feed out the filled cardboard box 2B and the completion of supply of the subsequent empty cardboard box 2A. It swings downward about the lower horizontal axis and is shallowly inserted into the empty cardboard box 2A. Further, at the same time as the insertion of the buffer plate 6 is completed, the carry-out conveyor 9 for carrying out the fruit 8 is activated and starts supplying, and the fruit 8 is accumulated on the buffer plate 6 in the empty cardboard box 2A with a small drop. When the fruit 8 accumulated on the buffer plate 6 reaches a predetermined level just before the predetermined number of fruits to be boxed, the detection device (switch) 1o catches this and activates the buffer plate actuator 7 to close the buffer plate 6. Swing it upward to remove it from the box. Then, the fruits 8 that had been stored on the buffer board 6 are filled into the cardboard box 2A with a small drop and in a dispersed manner, so that the fruits are less likely to be damaged by the impact of falling and are piled up in the cardboard box 2A. It never becomes a state.

The amount of fruit stored on the buffer plate 6 is slightly less than the predetermined amount for one box, so even after the buffer plate 6 leaves the box 2A, some fruit will continue to be supplied, but at this time, there are already fruits inside the box. Since the fruit 8 is contained to a height equivalent to that of the fruit 8, the drop is reduced by that height, so there is less damage.

Assuming that the other discharge conveyor 98 is B, and the other discharge device 16A (or 16B) is discharging the sorted fruits to the discharge conveyor A (or B), the sorted fruits 8 are discharged. Switching to the conveyors A and B is performed by the preset counter 18 as a total counting means each time each strip is discharged by the discharge device 16A (or 16B).
The number of discharged pieces is totaled for each class, and when the preset counter 18 reaches a predetermined number set in advance for each class, the shift register 17 receives a count quantitative signal output from the preset counter 18. The signal sent from 17 to the ejector 16 is the ejector 1.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, in the present invention, the sorting for each class of the plurality of sorting conveyors arranged side by side is carried out by two discharge conveyors 9A each extending in the direction across the sorting conveyors of each strip below the discharge device;
9B are installed in parallel, and the sorting is carried out from each sorting conveyor to two conveyor belts for each sorting conveyor based on a signal from a totalizing means that totals the number of fruits and vegetables discharged for each class. This method involves alternately switching and discharging a predetermined number of side dishes, alternately filling them with two conveyors, and packing a predetermined number of fruits and side dishes into one box for each class. - When a predetermined number of boxes can be packed accurately and the number of boxes packed in the box is known, and when a retailer purchases it for sale in packs, - It is possible to know how many packs can be made from a box, and when selling in quantity, the number of boxes per box is known. This method not only has the effect of instantly calculating the purchasing cost of fruits and vegetables, but also has the effect of increasing supply efficiency since there is no need to supply minute quantities of each fruit and vegetable by small portion supply.

Furthermore, at the start of box packing, the shock absorber that can swing up and down is swung downward and shallowly inserted into the empty box, and after the fruits and side dishes are accumulated on the shock absorber to a predetermined level, By swinging the shock absorber upward to remove it from the box, the fruit and side dishes accumulated on the shock absorber are dispersed and thrown into the empty box. Since the height difference when falling into the empty box is divided into two, it has the effect of reducing damage to fruits and vegetables due to the impact of the fall. This has the advantage that the sheets do not pile up inside the container and do not require flattening before sealing.
