Conventional technology In order to air condition the interior of a vehicle, negative pressure is used to control dampers that open and close the inside of the duct that guides warm air passing through the core of a radiator or cold air discharged from a cooler into the interior of the vehicle. It is something.
This negative pressure is supplied from the engine's intake manifold, for example, and is selectively switched and guided to a predetermined diaphragm device by pressing the operation button of the heater control device on the instrument panel installed in the driver's seat. The damper is driven to open and close.

The joint pipe member 110 has five joint pipes 111, 11.
2, 113, 114, and 115, and each of the hoses 11 to 15 of the first hose group 1 is inserted into one end 121 of each of these joint pipes 111 to 115. The joint pipes 111 to 115 are integrally connected to each other by a block portion 116 at the other end 122 side. The joint pipes 111 to 115 are located on the upper side in the figure.
Three joint pipes are disposed on the lower side, and the block portion 116 is formed into a trapezoidal shape to connect these joint pipes 111 to 115 in a compact manner. Joint pipe 111-1
the one end 12 connected to the first hose group 1 of 15;
1 extends relatively long from the block part 116,
The amount of protrusion of the other ends 122 of the coupling pipes 111 to 115 from the block portion 116 is relatively small. 1st
Each of the hoses 11 to 15 of hose group 1 is inserted up to the mark 117 formed at one end 121 of the joint pipes 111 to 115 in the assembled state, but a large distance is maintained between this part and the block portion 116. Therefore, the joint pipes 111 to 115 have sufficiently large flexibility, and even if the hoses 11 to 15 come from various directions, they smoothly bend in accordance with the directions and do not bend. On the other hand, the joint pipe 111
The length of the other end 122 of ~115 is approximately the same as each port 151~155 of the joint member 150 described later. An annular raised portion 118 is formed on the block portion 116 side of one end 121 of the joint pipe 114 located at the center of the lower side in order to prevent the joint pipe 114 from coming off from a hole 134 of a joint case 130, which will be described later. .

The joint case 130 is located at one end 1 of the joint pipe member 110.
It is placed over the block part 116 from the 21 side and has a cylindrical shape with a bottom. The bottom 14 of this joint case 130
0 has a trapezoid that matches the front shape of the block part 116, and has five holes 131, 132, 133, 1
34,135 are drilled. These holes 131~
Reference numeral 135 is for inserting the joint pipes 111 to 115, respectively. Bottom part 14 of joint case 130
The first cylindrical portion 141 connected to the first cylindrical portion 141 has a trapezoidal cross section so as to fit into the side surface of the block portion 116 of the joint tube member 110 with almost no gap. On the inner surface of the first cylindrical portion 141, one rib 142 is formed on the upper surface and two ribs 143, 144 are formed on the lower surface in order to obtain a strong connection with the block portion 116. (See Figures 3 and 5). That is, these ribs 142, 143,
144 bites into the block part 116 and prevents the block part 116 from coming off from the first cylindrical part 141. Therefore, the first cylindrical portion 141 and the bottom portion 14
0 is designed to fit exactly into the side and bottom surfaces of the block portion 116.

A second cylindrical portion 145 having a trapezoidal cross section that is slightly larger than the first cylindrical portion 141 is connected to the opening of the first cylindrical portion 141 . This second cylindrical portion 145 is adapted to fit on the outer periphery of a support frame 180 of a joint member 160, which will be described later, and has a hook 181, which will be described later, on the upper part.
A locking hole 146 is formed into which the locking hole 146 is fitted. This locking hole 146 is formed by a pair of protrusions 147 that protrude from the upper surface of the second cylindrical portion 145 and extend in the axial direction, and a locking portion 148 that connects the ends of these protrusions 147. On the other hand, a hole 149 into which a raised portion 185 (described later) fits is formed in the lower part of the second cylindrical portion 145, and a notch 150 is formed in front of this hole 149.

will be provided. A connecting portion 182 of the hook 181 with the support frame 180 projects from the support frame 180 toward the second hose group 2 side, is folded back into a U-shape, and extends toward the joint case 130 side. A protrusion 183 formed at the tip of the hook 181 is connected to the joint case 130.
The protrusion 183 is formed into a tapered shape so that it is pressed against the lower surface of the locking part 148 of the second cylindrical part 145 and smoothly bends downward when assembled. It is tilted slightly backwards to increase the height (see Figure 8). Further, between the protrusion 183 and the connecting member 182, there is a rectangular cylinder-shaped pressing part 18.
4 is formed. This holding portion 184 is the support plate 1
It is located directly above the protrusion 70 and protrudes above the protrusion 183. However, when the holding part 184 is a lever and the joint case 130 is removed from the joint member 160, the operator presses it to bend the hook 181 downward and release the protrusion 183 from the locking part 148. On the other hand, the lower surface of the support frame 180 has a raised portion 185 that engages with the hole 149 of the joint case 130.
is formed, and when the protrusion 185 engages with the hole 149 and the hook 181 engages with the locking portion 148, the joint member 160 and the joint case 1 are connected.
30 are firmly connected.

to 175, the hoses 21 to 25 of the second hose group 2 are connected to the hoses 21 to 25, respectively. In this state, while fitting the other ends 122 of each of the joint pipes 111 to 115 into the first ports 161 to 165 of the joint member 160,
The second cylindrical portion 1 of the joint case 130 is attached to the support frame 180.
Cover with 45. At this time, the raised portion 185 of the joint member 160 is fitted into the hole 149 of the joint case 130, and the protrusion 183 of the hook 181 is locked to the locking portion 148 of the joint case 130.
The state shown in FIG. 2 is then reached, and the assembly is completed.

Furthermore, since the joint case 130 fits into the support frame 180 of the joint member 160, the joint pipe member 110 is difficult to come off from the first ports 161 to 165 of the joint member 160. In particular, since the raised portion 185 fits into the hole 149 of the joint case 130 and the hook 181 locks with the locking portion 148 of the joint case 130, the joint member 160 and the joint case 130 reliably maintain their connected state. Unless the hooks 181 are released from the locking portions 148, they will not come apart from each other.
Conversely, to remove the joint case 130 from the joint member 160, press the holding part 184 and release the hook 181.
is bent, thereby causing the protrusion 183 to engage the locking portion 148.
The operation is easy.
The hook 181 is able to undergo large elastic deformations in this way because the connecting portion 182 is made to protrude rearward and the distance from the rear end to the tip of the protrusion 183 is made as large as possible.
