Prior art and its solutions When sewing fabric using a sewing machine, before passing the upper thread from the thread spool through the eye of the sewing needle,
The upper thread is threaded in a predetermined order by a thread tension device,
It is necessary to perform a threading operation of sequentially threading the thread onto each member such as the thread take-up spring body and the thread take-up thread. However, this threading operation is time-consuming because it is necessary to follow a predetermined order as mentioned above, and users who only use the sewing machine occasionally should refer to the instruction manual each time they operate the sewing machine. There was a drawback that I had to do something about it.

Recently, sewing machines have been commercialized that are equipped with a threading member that allows the upper thread to be easily passed through the eyelet of the sewing needle. It merely has an auxiliary function, and does not facilitate or simplify the thread threading operation to the thread tension plate, thread take-up spring body, etc. provided in the thread supply path. In this regard, the applicant has developed an automatic threading device for sewing machines that can thread threads in a predetermined order through mechanical interlocking operations, and has filed a separate patent application for this in Japanese Patent Application No. 1983-204249. Summer. The invention related to this patent application can be highly evaluated in that the threading operation can be reliably achieved by mechanical operation instead of the conventional manual operation.
On the other hand, the mechanism was complex and there was still room for improvement.

As shown in Figure b, the connecting member 64 applies a downward pivoting force to the pivoting lever 76 via a motion transmitting pin 90 that is in contact with the bottom surface thereof. Therefore, the rotating lever 76 starts vertically rotating clockwise about the support shaft 78 against the elasticity of the torsion spring 80. That is, when the rotary lever 76 begins to rotate,
The free end 76a also integrally pivots vertically. However, the threading slider 68 slidably held by the free end 76a moves its guide shaft 70 between the long groove 82 of the rotary lever 76 and the guide plate 5.
It is commonly inserted through the guide surfaces 58a of 8, and its movement direction is regulated.

Therefore, as the operating body 62 descends, the guide shaft 70 moves along the contour of the guide surface 58a of the guide plate 58. Further, since the guide shaft 70 is also inserted through the long groove 82 of the rotary lever 76 as described above, it also performs linear sliding along this long groove 82.
In this way, the guide shaft 70 curves along the guide surface 58a of the guide plate 58, and the rotating lever 70
As a result of linear sliding along the long groove 82 of the guide shaft 70, the threading slider 68 and the catching portion 60a of the thread catching member 60 fixed to the slider have a movement that is a combination of the bending movement and the linear movement of the guide shaft 70. will be granted.

That is, as the operating body 62 descends, the guide shaft 70 first moves along the guide surface 58a of the guide plate 58.
As shown in FIG. 6b, the threading slider 68 is moved diagonally upward and to the right, thereby moving the threading slider 68 linearly along the long groove 82 of the rotating lever 76. As a result, the catching portion 60a of the thread catching member 60 fixedly attached to the threading slider 68 comes to the position indicated by the two-dot chain line indicated by arrow A in FIG. At this time, the opening starting end of the slit 28a of the balance 28 is directed diagonally upward and to the right, so that it slightly protrudes from the horizontal top of the mounting plate 16, so the needle thread 26 that has been hung on the catching part 60a is hung on the slit 28a. passed on.

Next, pass the thread through the eye hole 40 to the operating body 62.
When the pressing force is released, the operating body 62 returns to its original position under the elastic return action of the tension spring 94. Further, as a result of the release of the pressing force by the connecting member 64 to the motion transmission pin 90, the restoring elasticity of the torsion spring 80 and the tension spring 88 interposed between the rotary lever 76 and the guide shaft 70 causes the rotary lever 76 to
rotates counterclockwise to return to the initial state. Therefore, the threading slider 68 and the thread catching member 60 fixed thereto return by following the trajectory shown in FIG. It is in a slack state below 32. Therefore, when the operator pulls the upper thread 26 threaded through the eyelet 40 of the sewing needle 42 by the threading member 48, the upper thread 26 becomes tense and is naturally captured by the thread take-up spring body 32. A series of threading and threading operations are completed. Note that after this threading is completed, the catching portion 60a is located above the upper thread 26 without contacting it, as shown in FIG.
There is no interference with the needle thread 26 during sewing work.
