【実用新案登録請求の範囲】[Scope of utility model registration request] 車体に固定されるサポートに、移動案内用の１
対のピンを介してキヤリパを装着し、このキヤリ
パに内装したピストンの押し出しにより上記ロー
タの内外両側面に対向して位置する１対のパツド
をロータに圧着する事で、ロータを介して車輪を
制動するガイドピン型デイスクブレーキに於いて
、上記１対のピンの内、少なくとも一方のピンの
サポート固定側端部に雄螺子部を形成すると共に
、サポートのピン基端固定部分に上記雄螺子部の
みを挿通自在な円孔を形成し、上記一方のピンの
雄螺子部よりも先端寄り部分の円柱部を摺動及び
回動自在に挿入する為キヤリパに形成した一方の
ガイド筒部を、ピンの円柱部をこのガイド筒部の
奥に迄挿入した場合に、このピンの雄螺子部がサ
ポートの円孔から完全に抜け出るのに十分な深さ
に形成し、上記雄螺子部を基端側に有しサポート
のガイド筒部に先端側の円柱部を挿入したピンの
雄螺子部をサポートに形成した円孔に外側から挿
入し、この円孔の内側から突出した雄螺子部端に
ナツトを螺合し緊締する事で、ピンをサポートに
対して固定した事を特徴とするガイドピン型デイ
