In a continuous ramp type parking lot, a traffic area through which vehicles pass is constituted by a running path formed in a spiral shape along the circumferential surface of a virtual cylinder or a virtual rectangular cylinder, and the driving path is It is a multi-story parking lot with parking areas for cars on both sides or one side. The driver drives the car and places the car in the parking area. In addition, when taking out the car, the user goes to the location, drives the car, and goes up and down the above-mentioned driving path to exit the parking lot.

In conventional continuous ramp parking lots, the ramp itself is extended to create a parking lot, so the parking area is built on the same slope as the driving path, and the floor of the parking area is sloping. I had a problem like this.

In other words, a. If the compartment in the parking area is set up perpendicular to the direction of travel of the car, the driver drives the car forward or backward and changes direction by 90 degrees to enter the compartment. Since the floor surface is sloping, the sense of horizontality is impaired, making it difficult to park the car in a designated position in the cabin, and the car often ends up over the compartment line.

b The running path is formed in a spiral shape that follows the circumferential surface of a virtual cylinder or a virtual rectangular cylinder, so when absorbing the floor height of one floor with one rotation of 360 degrees,
Since the driving path is always twisted, there is a drawback that when it rains or snow melts, water flowing along the driving path flows into the parking area.

Figures 1 to 4 show an embodiment of a continuous ramp type parking lot according to the present invention, and in these figures, reference numeral 1 denotes a shape along the circumferential surface of a virtual cylinder or a virtual rectangular cylinder. The running path is formed in a spiral shape, and the running path 1 constitutes a traffic zone through which vehicles in this continuous slope parking lot pass. It is sloped.

Parking areas 2 are provided on both sides of the driving path 1 for vehicles to enter at right angles to the driving direction of the driving path 1. It is divided into numerous compartments for storing cars. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the floor 3 of this vehicle compartment rests on beams 5 extending perpendicularly to the running direction of the running track 1 on both sides of the running track 1, which is inclined in a spiral manner. It is formed by a flat prefabricated concrete plate 4 installed horizontally.

This prefabricated concrete board 4 is formed by changing the vertical height of side surfaces 4a and 4b that face each other in the direction perpendicular to the running path 1, and in the case of the embodiment, the side surface 4b is higher than the side surface 4a. The upper surface of the prefabricated concrete plate 4 is set so that when the prefabricated concrete plate 4 is placed on the beam 5, the upper surface of the prefabricated concrete plate 4 becomes horizontal. Also, the side surface 4c of this prefabricated concrete plate 4 facing the running path 1
is formed with its upper edge 4g along the slope of the running path 1, and the height of the side surface 4c is such that the upper surface of the prefabricated concrete plate 4 is horizontal to the beam 5 as shown in FIG. When arranged as shown, the upper edge 4g is set to coincide with the upper surface of the running path 1. Note that the side surface 4c facing the running path 1
Of course, when the prefabricated concrete plate 4 is set on the beam 5, it comes into contact with the side surface of the running path 1.

On the other hand, on the upper surface of the prefabricated concrete plate 4, an upper edge 4g of the side surface 4c facing the running path 1 is provided.
is surrounded by the upper edge of the side surface 4b on the downhill side of the running path 1, and a boundary line extending from a part of this upper edge toward the high corner 4d located on the uphill side of the running path 1. A triangular inclined surface 4f is provided. That is, this inclined surface 4f is located at the higher corners 4d, 4 of the side surface 4c facing the running path 1.

When the prefabricated concrete plates 4 formed as described above are sequentially arranged and fixed on the beams 5 provided on the sides of the running path 1 as shown in FIG. 4c
is in contact with the side surface of the running path 1, and the upper edge 4g of the side surface 4c
However, a stepped parking area 2 as shown in FIG. 4 is formed coincident with the upper surface of the driving path 1.

A driver who parks a car in a parking lot drives the car up Route 1, which is a traffic zone, turns the car 90 degrees and puts the car into the designated compartment. At this time (when putting the car into the cabin), since the floor 3 of this cabin is made of prefabricated concrete plates 4,
The vehicle can smoothly enter onto the floor 3 while passing over the slope 4f. The car enters the parking lot and parks on the horizontal floor 3, and the driver gets out of the car.

According to the embodiment, since the floor of the vehicle compartment constituting the parking area is level, there are no problems such as those described in (a) to (e) above. In addition, the floor 3 that makes up the compartment of the parking area 2 uses mass-produced prefabricated concrete plates 4, so the floor 3 can be formed by simply fixing the prefabricated concrete plates 4 on the steel beams 5. Construction becomes easy and inexpensive parking lots can be built.

(a) The parking area consists of a number of compartments divided into steps at right angles to the direction of travel of the travel path, and the floors of the compartments are inclined on both sides or one side of the travel path. The road consists of a flat prefabricated concrete plate installed horizontally on a beam extending perpendicular to the running direction of the road, so by installing the prefabricated concrete plate on the beam, a horizontal floor can be created. To easily form a vehicle compartment, and to construct an inexpensive parking lot with simple construction. In addition, this also eliminates the various drawbacks (a) to e) described in the prior art that occur due to the slope of the floor.
(deficiencies) can all be improved.

(b) The upper edge of the side of the prefabricated concrete plate facing the running route is formed along the slope of the running track, and the upper edge of the side of the side facing the running route is formed on the upper surface of the prefabricated concrete plate. a triangle bounded by the edge, the upper edge of the side on the downhill side of the running track, and a boundary line extending from part of this upper edge towards the higher corner on the uphill side of the running track. a sloped surface having a shape, and the side surface facing the running path is brought into contact with the side surface of the running path,
Since the upper edge of the side surface is set to coincide with the upper surface of the running road, the vehicle can smoothly enter the vehicle compartment from the running road. Furthermore, since the prefabricated concrete plates can be mass-produced, construction costs can also be significantly reduced.
