機において、 主杆を上方に持ち上げようとする力を実質的に
主杆の軸線上に作用させうるようにグリツプ部が
配置されハンドルを、主杆に回転可能かつ摺動可
能に套挿されたパイプ状部を有するハンドル支持
部材に支持させる一方、上記パイプ状部にその軸
方向に延びるスリツトを挟んでパイプ状部の半径
方向外方に対向して延びる一対の壁を設け、この
一対の壁に、これらを掛け渡すように貫通支持さ
せた支軸に、上記一対の壁の外側を挟む一定間隔
の一対の挟圧壁部を有する締付部材を上記挟圧壁
部において枢動可能に支持させるとともに、上記
一対の壁の外面と上記一対の挟圧壁部の内面の一
方または双方に、他方に対して摺接することがで
き、かつ、上記支軸を中心とする円周方向につき
、上記支軸方向に傾斜するカム面を設け、上記締
付部材を上記支軸回りの一方向に回動させると、
上記一対の壁の間隔が強制縮小させられるように
