繊維系は肌に触れるとちかちか痛いと共に結露等
で性能劣化を起すという欠点があり、また発泡プ
ラスチツク系はコストが高いという欠点があつ
た。また上記断熱材は断熱性のみで遮音性がなか
つた。

本考案は叙述の点に鑑みてなされたものであつ
て、本考案の目的とするところはすぐれた断熱性
能があり、しかも遮音性がある断熱遮音材を提供
するにある。

以下本考案を実施例により詳述する。1はポリ
プロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリ塩化ビニル等の
合成樹脂よりなる合成樹脂基板であつて、合成樹
脂を押出成形したり、合成樹脂フイルムを成形し
たりして形成され、多数個の筒状セル2を並設し
てあり、筒状セル2内が密閉空気室3となつてい
る。かかる筒状セル2の縦イ×横ロの寸法は20mm
×20mm以上が望ましく、また図の実施例では筒状
セル2が1層であるが、2層3層等の多層にして
もよい。また合成樹脂基板1の厚みは木造住宅の
場合60〜80mm以内が望ましく、できれば60mm以内
が施工上有利である。さらに筒状セル2を有する
合成樹脂基板1の両端は熱融着、接着貼り等で密
閉してある。このように形成された合成樹脂基板
1の外側全面に接着層4を介してアルミニウム層
5を積層し、アルミニウム層5の全面又は片面に
接着層7を介して遮音シート8を積層し、密閉空
気層1内に断熱充填物9を充填してある。かかる
アルミニウム層5はアルミニウム箔を貼着しても
アルミニウム蒸着フイルムを貼着しても直接アル
ミニウムを蒸着してもよい。また遮音シート8の
材料はビニル系、ゴム系で面密度2Kg/m2以上、
厚み2mm以内である。なお遮音シート8に充填材
として鉄、鉛等の金属粉体、金属化合物粉体等を
加えてもよい。さらに断熱充填物9はグラスウー
ル、ロツクウール等の繊維系や発泡スチロールの
ような発泡樹脂系であり、充填密度は0.01〜0.02
程度である。また第3図は叙述の他の実施例を示
し、合成樹脂基板1の両側端縁の下部より取付耳
6を連出してあつて、取付耳6を釘打ちタツカー
打ちで固定できるようになつている。
