【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、家庭あるいはオフイス、あるいは飲
食店等において水道水より鉄分、不純物、残留塩
素、臭い等を完全に除去され、しかもミネラル分
を充分に含んだミネラルウオーターを製造するこ
とのできる装置に関する。特に都会の水道水にあ
つては、残留塩素、重金属、等を含んであること
から所謂、消毒臭くしかもまずいと言わざるを得
ない。従つて飲水としても日常まずい水を飲むこ
とを余儀なくされ、お茶、水割り等に利用する場
合にも、せつかく良いお茶、ウイスキー等を用い
ても結局まずいお茶、水割りとならざるを得な
い。このため、近年天然水が、パツクされ、かな
り高価な価格で売られているのが現状である。確
かに山奥の水は清浄水でミネラル分を含みしかも
消毒されていないことから、異臭もなくおいしい
が、その都度高価な価格で買入れることは不経済
であるとともに、その保存性にも一定の限度があ
り一度開封したら、即使用しなければならず、ま
たその都度購入しに行かなければならないという
幾多の問題点を有する。このような事態に鑑み
て、自動簡易浄水器等も近年、発売されている
が、単に水道水をフイルターを通過させることに
より、ある程度の鉄分及び残留塩素等の除去作用
は発揮することはできても、冷たくしてもミネラ
ル分を含み、臭い等も全くない山奥の天然水、わ
き水に近い水を製造することは不可能である。

タイマー8は本発明のミネラルウオーター製造装
置の作動時間を自動的に設定するものである。
尚、ここで使用される麦飯石収納体2内の麦飯石
は、天然水、わき水同等のミネラル分を多く含
み、しかも強力な吸着濾過作用を発揮する近年着
目されてなる素材である。9は冷水槽であり前記
水タンク1下方に位置し、所要の濾過作用及びミ
ネラル溶出作用を受けた水を複数の通水孔10よ
り導くものである。この冷水槽9は断熱材11に
より周部を被包されてなるとともにコンプレツサ
ー12で圧縮した液体にしたガスをコンデンサー
13で気化した気化熱を伝導する伝導体を冷水槽
9周面に巻回することにより、(図示せず)冷水
槽9内のミネラルウオーターと山奥の水と同じ冷
水状態に冷却している。14は冷水槽9から所要
量ミネラルウオーターを取出すための取出口であ
る。尚冷水槽9には図示しないがフロートバルブ
を取付け、冷水槽9からのミネラルウオーター取
出分だけ水タンク1より自動的に取出す状態とし
てもよい。次に同一の装置内に組み込まれてなる
水タンク1に入る前の処理機構を第2図〜第4図
に基づき説明する。第2図中15はバルブであ
り、図示しない水道蛇口より必要量水道水を取出
し除鉄器16に送るものである。この除鉄器16
は第3図に示す如く水取入部分に除鉄器16の処
理容量に応じて水を送り、充分鉄分が吸着除去で
きるべく流量制御部材17を内蔵するとともに、
この流量制御部材17により所要量入つて来た水
に対し磁石18により鉄分を吸着除去するととも
にフイルター19を通過せしめた後、殺菌灯20
へと送るものである。殺菌灯20は第4図に示す
如く筒体内に位置する紫外線発光体21と通水部
により連通し隣接する筒体内の焼結樹脂よりなる
フイルター22から成り流入口20aより入つて
来た水は入口部分にて渦流発生手段20bにより
渦流となり、周面を鏡面体20cとしてなる殺菌
灯20内を紫外線発光体2により紫外線照射殺菌
を充分に受けた後さらに焼結樹脂よりなるフイル
ター22を通つた後、水タンク1へと送られてゆ
くものである。したがつて水タンク1へと送られ
る水は、除鉄器16にて鉄分を吸着し、また殺菌
灯20にて殺菌類を殺菌しかつフイルター19及
び焼結樹脂フイルター22により、異物あるいは
残留塩素等を除去しつつ、水タンク1へと送られ
てゆくものであり、水タンク1では、清浄化され
た水に対し麦飯石によりミネラル分を溶出する作
用を主とするものであり、若し残余の残留塩素等
があればさらにこれを完全に吸着濾過し、臭い、
残留塩素、雑菌等が完全に除去され、しかも天然
水同様のミネラル分を含む水をさらに山奥の冷水
同様のおいしい冷え状態に高めるべく、冷水槽9
へ送る作用を発揮するものである。

自動的にしかも容易に提供することができるもの
