のクリツプ保持穴に嵌合し、このクリツプ保持穴
よりも大径の前記一対のフランジによつて一方部
材のクリツプ取付座を両側から挾持し、樹脂クリ
ツプから突設した弾性頭状部を他方部材の取付穴
に嵌着することにより、樹脂クリツプを介して一
方部材を他方部材に取付ける樹脂クリツプを用い
た取付装置において、前記一方部材のクリツプ保
持穴の内周面から、前記樹脂クリツプの軸部をク
リツプ保持穴の中心に弾力的に保持する複数の弾
性突片を突設したことを特徴とする樹脂クリツプ
