6に開設し、このガイド溝Gには、前記軸心0方
向に傾動でき且つ軸心0に対して直交する方向に
回動し得るように操作レバー軸1に嵌着された操
作レバー7を貫挿し、操作レバー7両側の操作レ
バー軸1には、前記中立溝2部において対向位置
する係合凹部8a,9aを備えたアクセルアーム
8とクラツチアーム9を回動自在に嵌着して操作
レバー7が係合凹部8a,9aに択一に係合し得
るように成し、アクセルアーム8側の案内溝3は
中立溝2に連なる溝端部が高速位置Hになり他方
溝端部が低速位置Lとなるアクセルアーム作動案
内溝にすると共に、クラツチアーム9側の案内溝
4は中立溝2に連なる溝端部がクラツチ切断位置
OFFになり他方溝端部がクラツチ接続位置ON
となるクラツチ切換案内溝にして構成したことを
