Reference numeral 6 indicates a contact spring, and 7 indicates a movable support made of an insulator that supports the movable contactor 3. The center portion of the movable contact 3 is pressed against the bottom surface of the through hole of the movable support 7 by a contact spring 6 via a spring receiver 5 . The movable support 7 is driven manually or by electromagnetic force, and moves up and down while holding the movable contact 3, and the contact is opened and closed in a well-known manner.

2, and the movable contact 4 has protrusions 15 and 16 in the shape of a horizontal triangular prism running in the longitudinal direction of the contact, and these two protrusions 15 and 16 are arranged in parallel in the longitudinal direction. Therefore, in the open state, the movable contact 4 is held in a state slightly inclined with respect to the plane formed by the contact surface of the fixed contact 2. Next, in the process of contact, the contacts first come into contact near the apex of one of the two protrusions 15 and 16, and the wiping operation moves the contact point to the apex of the protrusion, maintaining the final closed circuit state.

Such a movable contact 4 is caulked with a spring material and functions as a movable contact 3.
Because the wiping operation was performed while electricity was being applied, the caulked portions sometimes loosened, causing malfunctions (chattering phenomenon). Further, the horizontal triangular prism-shaped convex portion 15 of the movable contact is located at the center line 1 in the longitudinal direction of the movable contact 3.
Since it is difficult to arrange the wire in parallel with the wire 4, a sufficient wiping operation cannot be performed, and if an oxide film is formed, contact failure is likely to occur.

This notch groove 44 is perpendicular to the horizontal triangular prism-shaped convex portion 15 of the contact member 41, and therefore is also perpendicular to the center line 14 in the longitudinal direction of the movable contactor 3. Since this notch groove 44 is made using a contact molding die, it is possible to easily mass-produce a large number of the same shape. This movable contact 4'
When inserting the movable contact 3 into the movable contact 3, the orthogonal notch grooves 44 allow for easy positioning. When the movable contact 4' is caulked to the movable contact 3, the legs 43 made of Cu or the like are expanded and caulked symmetrically about the notch groove 44 as a center line. This expanding direction is perpendicular to the longitudinal centerline 14 of the movable contact 3 and parallel to the wiping operation direction, and since the caulking surface 45 expands greatly, the wiping operation is performed while energizing in a closed circuit state. Even if you do so, the caulked parts will not loosen due to heat generation. Therefore, the movable contactor 3 does not malfunction (chattering phenomenon), and even if an oxide film is formed, no contact failure occurs.
