次に第1図により本発明の1実施例を、スクリ
ユの射出ストローク中の任意の位置で射出速度お
よび圧力を変化出来る射出可塑化装置2台を用い
る場合を例に採り説明すると、11および12は
射出可塑化装置で、夫々スクリユ13および14
が油圧モータ15および16により回転可能に、
射出シリンダ17および18により進退可能に挿
嵌されている。19および20はポテンシヨンメ
ータで、夫々前記スクリユ13および14の進退
に伴うスクリユ位置の変化を電気信号として検出
するものである。21および22は電磁比例流量
調整弁で、作用される電圧等の強弱によりその開
度を調整し、前記射出シリンダ17および18に
送る圧油の量を調整し、スクリユ13および14
の射出速度を制御するものである。23および2
4は電磁比例圧力調整弁で作用される電圧等の電
気信号の強弱により、回路中の設定圧力を変化さ
せ、前記射出シリンダ17および18の設定圧力
を制御するものである。25は前記射出可塑化装
置11および12の先端部に連結された導入口2
6および27より溶融樹脂を導入し、合流させ
て、一個の射出孔28より射出するようにしたノ
ズルである。前記ノズル28の導入口26および
27と射出孔28の間を連絡する樹脂路29には
図示してない電磁切換弁等により油圧シリンダ3
0および31により作動する前記樹脂路29の開
閉を行うバルブ32および33が設けてある。3

よび20が検出したスクリユ13および14の位
置より射出すべき射出量を算出するものである。

に必要な射出量を設定した設定装置36の値と前
記演算装置34で算出した値とを比較し、射出成
形に必要な射出量が射出可塑化装置11と12の
うちどちらかの射出量が何秒間必要か、また射出
可塑化装置11と12の合計射出量が必要か等を
判定する装置である。37ないし39は信号発信
装置で、37は射出可塑化装置11を作動させる
に必要な信号を発信する装置で、電磁比例流量調
整弁21、電磁比例圧力調整弁23、および図示
してない前記バルブ32の開き時間を制御するタ
イマ等に作用するものである。38は射出可塑化
装置12を作動させるに必要な制御信号を発信す
る装置で、電磁比例流量調整弁22、同圧力調整
弁24および図示してない前記バルブ33の開き
時間を制御するタイマ等に作用するものである。
39は射出可塑化装置11および12を同時に作
動させる信号を発信する装置で前記電磁比例流量
調整弁21および22、電磁比例圧力調整弁23

に行うことが出来る。また、2台の射出可塑化装
置が夫々射出速度や圧力を変化させることが出
来、射出速度や圧力の組合せが種々出来るので成
形品の形状、あるいは材料樹脂の性質により異な
る運転の諸条件に対処可能である。さらに、射出
可塑化装置2台のうちの1台を樹脂の充填に、他
の1台を保圧用に使用すれば、前者は後者の保圧
工程中に可塑化計量が出来るので、サイクルタイ
ムの短縮にも役立つことが出来る。

設定射出量をまかなうに足る射出量を算出する演
算装置を備えたことを特徴とする射出可塑化装
