In the case of the above-mentioned IIIXI array, for example, m multiplexers with m inputs and 1 output were prepared, and a thin cable line was prepared to connect the array and the transmitter/receiver.

After all, this must be done while switching the aperture, and if the target object moves during that time, a correct hologram will not be obtained.

In the figure, numeral 11 is a two-dimensional array transducer that irradiates an object with ultrasonic waves and transmits and receives the reflected waves, and a sampler is attached to each element. 12 is a clock pulse oscillator that controls the timing of ultrasonic wave transmission and lamp blinking, which will be described later; 13 is a power amplifier that amplifies the power for transmitting waves from the two-dimensional array transducer 11; its output is transmitted to the two-dimensional array transducer 11; The wave transmitting element of the duplexer 11 is excited. 14, at least the output of the clock pulse oscillator is the two-dimensional array transducer 1
This is a delay line that delays the time from when the wave is transmitted from the wave transmitting element 1 until it receives the reflected wave from the reflecting object inside the subject. The output is amplified by the amplifier 15 and then sent to the region of interest by the range gate 16. Upon receiving the designation, the light emitting element 17, which is a light source, is turned on. , , 18 is a multiplexer that has terminals connected to each receiving element of the two-dimensional array transducer 11 and switches under the control of a timing control 19, and its output is sent via an amplifier 20 and an AD converter 21. , are stored in the hologram buffer 22 as digital signals to form a hologram. Reference numeral 23 denotes an image reconstruction device that reconstructs the signal stored in the hologram buffer 22 as a hologram into a television image signal. , and then displayed on the television 25.

The clock pulse generated by the clock pulse excavator 12 is power amplified by the power amplifier 13, and excites one or several elements dedicated for wave transmission in the two-dimensional array transducer 11 to generate a super Send sound waves to the subject. The ultrasonic waves reflected by a reflective object within the subject and returned are incident on the wave receiving element of the two-dimensional array transducer 11.

Here, the clock pulse generated by the clock pulse excavator 12 is delayed by a delay line (or timer) 14 at least from the time of wave transmission until the reception time when the echo from the target area to be examined returns. In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 1 are given the same reference numerals. In the figure, 30 is a wave receiving element that constitutes the two-dimensional array transducer 11, and 31 is a wave receiving element made of, for example, a phototransistor, which is attached to each wave receiving element and connected to short-circuit the wave receiving element 30. It is a shunt sampler. 32
has zero resistance when disconnecting RFm, and a resistor may be used or the lead may be made of a resistor such as carbon fiber. In this circuit, the wave receiving element 30 also serves as a hold capacitor due to the inherent electrostatic properties of the piezoelectric material observed between its electrodes, and when it receives a reflected wave, it transmits the light from the light emitting element 17 to the sampler 31. When hit, the sampler 31 short-circuits the receiving element 30 between the output side (hot side) and ground, and charges the hold capacitor by the receiving element 30 with the electromotive force of the reflected wave signal therebetween. Since the receiving element 30 has good insulation, the sample value of the charged reflected wave signal is held without being discharged while the sampler 31 is off.

scan and extract the held signals in series. Even if there is a time lag when the received signal is taken out due to such scanning, the No. 13 taken out will not change because it has been held momentarily in advance, and therefore it will not change within the aperture. A circuit for obtaining a complex hologram is shown in FIG. In the figure, the same parts as in FIG. 3 are given the same reference numerals, and the same parts separated into two parts are given the same numbers and the suffixes a and b. In the figure, 40 is a wave receiving element which is divided into two parts on the hot side. In this circuit, if the depth of the cut for division is sufficiently small, there is no practical difference in the ultrasonic signals observed between the two divided electrodes. However, by dividing in this way, the function as a hold capacitor can be made independent. In this case, in order to sample with a predetermined phase difference, a pair of samplers 318 and 3
Since it is necessary to shift the operation timing of 1b, for example, different color filters are attached to each of them, and the light emitting elements 17 having different wavelengths of light are caused to emit light at different times and are operated separately.

31b to charge and hold all at once, and then scan and pick up the reflected wave signals in series to form a hologram. Therefore, even if time changes due to the scanning operation, the signals that form the image are those that were sampled at the same time before that. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a correct hologram without distortion due to the movement of the target object.

As shown in the figure, an optical fiber 61 is used and an adhesive 62 is used.
Another possible method is to individually irradiate the phototransistor (sampler) 318.31b with time-shifted light through a ball lens 63 attached to the phototransistor (sampler) 318.31b. It is also possible to use a phototransistor with sharp directivity to change the direction of light, or to use a technique similar to a needle-hole camera, such as a shadow mask in a color cathode ray tube. Furthermore, although the sampler used is a shunt sampler, it goes without saying that a series sampler may also be used.

ィ装置。In an ultrasonic holography device using a two-dimensional array transducer, there is a sampler attached to each receiving element of the two-dimensional array transducer that operates with light to short-circuit it, a light source that operates the sampler, and a reflected wave that operates in conjunction with the sampler. It is characterized by comprising a hold capacitor that holds a signal sample and a multiplexer that scans and extracts the sample of the reflected wave signal held in the hold capacitor, and that a hologram can be created using the reflected wave signal at the same time. Ultrasonic holography device.
