ルと、前記発振器からの信号波形と内圧を比較す
るコンパレータと、試験片に供給するガス圧をサ
ーボ弁を介して加減するガス増圧室と、ガス源と
、ガス源に接続した電磁弁と、前記電磁弁の開閉
を制御する制御装置とを具備しており、かつ前記
コンパレータは前記発振器からの信号波形と内圧
とを比較し偏差値の小さい場合には、前記サーボ
弁の進退を制御する指令信号を、一方、偏差値の
大きい場合には前記制御装置に電磁弁開閉の指令
信号をそれぞれ送るようにしたことを特徴とする
