２段過給ターボチヤージヤ付内燃機関において、
第１のターボチヤージヤのタービン下流に位置す
るタービンと該第１のターボチヤージヤのコンプ
レツサ上流に位置するコンプレツサとからなる第
２のターボチヤージヤと共に回転して該第２ター
ボチヤージヤの回転エネルギを貯蓄するフライホ
イール装置を設ける一方、前記第２のターボチヤ
ージヤのコンプレツサを介して第１のターボチヤ
ージヤのコンプレツサに至る通路と該第２のター
ボチヤージヤのコンプレツサをバイパスして第１
のターボチヤージヤのコンプレツサに至る通路と
を選択的に切り換える通路切換手段と、第２のタ
ーボチヤージヤのコンプレツサと吸気通路のスロ
ツトルバルブ下流側とを該コンプレツサからスロ
ツトルバルブ下流側への流れのみ許容するチエツ
クバルブを介して連通させたことを特徴とする車
