に示すように各ボア入子5,6,7,8間に1個
所だけケレン19を使用していたが中子1の形状
によつては1個所だけのケレンでは中子1の変
形、折損の防止が不十分なためケレンを2個所以
上必要とすることがあり、中子製造後に中子を削
り2個所目からのケレンを埋め込んでいた。この
方法ではケレンの取付位置のばらつき、中子砂の
ケレンへの巻きつき不良、ケレンの埋め込み時間
の増加等の問題があつた。
