Claims (1)
- レーザ光線を発振するレーザ発振器と、このレ
ーザ発振器からのレーザ光線を被加工物に向けて
照射するフオーカスヘツドと、このフオーカスヘ
ツドにアシストガスを供給するアシストガス供給
装置と、上記被加工物を載置する加工テーブルと
、上記被加工物の材質、板厚、加工位置、加工方
法等の加工条件を設定する設定手段と、この設定
手段で設定された加工条件に応じて上記フオーカ
スヘツドと加工テーブルとを相対的に移動させて
上記被加工物に所要のレーザ加工を施す制御装置
とを備え、この制御装置は、同一被加工物に対す
るピアツシングモードとして、他のピアツシング
モードよりも短時間でピアツシング加工を行なう
第１ピアツシングモードと、他のピアツシングモ
ードよりも加工精度良くピアツシング加工を行な
う第２ピアツシングモードとの少なくとも２つの
ピアツシングモードを有し、上記加工位置に応じ
ていずれか一を選択使用することを特徴とする自
動レーザ加工機。
