<Prior art> In general, relays with a pull-out mechanism are used to accommodate a large number of protective relays, such as a switchboard, and to enable inspection, maintenance, and testing of the relays to be carried out freely even while the main circuit is being charged. Must. The mechanism of a pull-out relay is a plug-in type in which the relay body and case can be attached or detached at will, regardless of the charging state of the main circuit. As a function of this, when pulling out the main body, be sure to short-circuit the main circuit, especially the secondary circuit of the current transformer, and then install a mechanism that electrically disconnects the connection between the main circuit and the main body of the relay. Conversely, when inserting the relay body into the case and attempting to electrically connect the main circuit and the relay body, first make sure that the relay body and the main circuit are connected, and then connect the current transformer 2. It has the function of breaking the short circuit in the secondary circuit and allowing the secondary current of the current transformer to flow into the relay body. Moreover, as long as it has a pull-out mechanism, it must be usable not only for the secondary circuit of a current transformer but also for connecting the secondary circuit of an instrument transformer and a control circuit.

Before the insertion-side terminal block 38 is inserted into the fixed-side terminal block 39, both the shorting pieces 33, 33 contact each other to short-circuit the secondary circuit of the current transformer 41, but the insertion-side terminal In the process of inserting the base 38 into the fixed terminal block 39, the contacts 31 and 32 come into contact and the insulating wall 35 is inserted between the shorting pieces 33, 33, so the secondary circuit of the current transformer 41 is short-circuited. is released, allowing current to flow into the relay coil 42. This can be seen in the relay coil 42 in FIG.
However, there is a risk that a current coil may be inserted into a fixed terminal block for a voltage circuit, and conversely, a relay 42 whose coil is a voltage coil may be inserted into a fixed terminal block for a current circuit (current transformer secondary circuit). There is also a risk that it may be inserted.

In addition, since both the insertion side terminal block 38 and the fixed side terminal block 39 have insulating walls 35, the depth of insertion when these are inserted is limited to the point where the insulating walls 35 come into contact with each other. There was also a problem that the size in the insertion/extraction direction during insertion was large.

<Function> The plugging device with the above configuration electrically connects one end of the contact piece of each insertion plug unit to the relay body, and connects one end of the receiving blade of each plug holder unit to the current transformer secondary circuit or instrument transformer. It is used by connecting to the secondary circuit of the device. When inserting an insertion plug into a plug holder in such a plugging device, for a current (current transformer secondary) circuit, the insertion piece of each insertion plug unit must first be inserted into the receiving blade of the corresponding plug holder unit. Then, the insulating plate attached to the insertion plug unit is inserted between both contact pieces of the plug receiving unit, the short circuit between both receiving blades is broken, and the secondary current of the current transformer flows into the relay body.

In addition, for current circuits, the tip of the insulating plate of the plug holder unit is almost up to the notch of the corresponding plug holder unit, and for voltage circuits, the tip of the insulating plate of the plug holder unit is up to the notch of the corresponding plug holder unit. Since the insertion can be made until the last minute, there is no wasted space when the insertion is completed.

Furthermore, even if an attempt is made to insert the current circuit insertion plug unit into the voltage circuit plug holder unit, the insulating plate attached to the insertion plug unit and the insulating plate attached to the plug holder unit come into contact with each other, making it impossible to insert the unit. Conversely, it is possible to insert the voltage circuit insertion plug unit into the current circuit plug holder unit, but since the insulating plate is not attached to both, the contact piece of the plug holder unit will not open and the current transformer secondary circuit will not open. Since the short-circuit condition can be maintained, current transformer burnout accidents will not occur. Of course, a plug holder is rarely composed only of a plug holder unit for a current circuit, and is often constructed by appropriately combining a plug holder unit for a voltage circuit and a plug holder for a current circuit, so this kind of inconvenience does not occur in practice. I think that the.

In the unit shown in FIG. 1, the insulating plate 13 is not attached to the insertion plug unit 1, the insulating plate 24 is attached to the plug holder unit 2, and the terminal-cum-receiving blade 22 is used. For voltage circuits, it is used in voltage transformer secondary circuits and control circuits. On the other hand, in the unit shown in FIG. 2, an insulating plate 13 is attached to the insertion plug unit 1, an insulating plate 24 is not attached to the plug holder 2, and a terminal-cum-receiving blade 23 is used. Used for current transformer secondary circuits. In other words, when inserting the relay body into the case and trying to electrically connect the current transformer secondary circuit and the relay body, first insert the insertion piece 1.
2 is inserted into the terminal/receiving blade 23 and the relay main body and the current transformer secondary circuit are securely connected, then the insulating plate 1
3 is inserted between the terminal-cum-receiving blades 23 and 23 to break the short circuit in the current transformer secondary circuit and allow the current transformer secondary current to flow into the relay body. Conversely, when pulling out the relay body, first short-circuit between the terminal/receiver blades 23 and 23, then the contact between the terminal/receiver blade 23 and the terminal/insertion piece 12 is broken, and the current transformer secondary circuit and the relay body are disconnected. The connection with is disconnected. Therefore, after the relay main body is pulled out, the current transformer secondary current circulates through the terminal-cum-receiving blades 23, 23.

After installing the required number of insertion plug units 1 shown in FIG. 1 or 2 in series on the terminal bases 3 and 4 shown in FIG. 4-1 and lead it out to the through hole 3-1.
Screw it into the hexagonal nut 8 in 1. In this case, since each insertion plug unit 1 is also provided with a through hole corresponding to the above-mentioned through hole, each insertion plug unit and each end base are integrated. Insert this into the relay body through hole 3-
2. Fix with screws using 4-2. Similarly, the same number of plug holder units 2 as shown in FIG. It is inserted into the through hole 6-1 and led out to the through hole 5-1.
Screw it into the hexagonal nut 10 in 1. As a result, each stopper unit and each terminal base become integrated. This is fixed to the case with screws using the through holes 5-2 and 6-2. Therefore, the insertion plug side is fixed to the relay body, and the plug receiver side is fixed to the case, so when inserting or removing the relay main body into or out of the case, the concave and convex portions of the ears of each terminal base act as a guide for insertion and removal. will be carried out smoothly.
