弾性ゴム筒の内側に4弗化エチレンを主剤
とするスリーブが一体化して小型ローラが形成し
てあり、この小型ローラと嵌合する支持軸には、
その摺合面の何れかの部材側に円周方向の溝が1
本刻設してあつて、この中に丁度嵌まるベアリン
グ球群が設けてあり、これらベアリング球は前記
溝内において、小型ローラ内周面と、支持軸外周
面とを転動するように設けてあり、前記溝の位置
は前記小型ローラの幅の2分の1のところとして
あり、かつ前記溝の深さは各ベアリング球が若干
突出する深さとしてローラ内周面と支持軸外周面
との間に若干のギヤツプが形成してあり、これら
両部材の軸線が若干傾動自在としてあることを特
徴とする滑り軸承式の自動調心小型ローラ構造。
(2) 前記4弗化エチレンを主剤とする弗素樹脂
製スリーブをアルミニユーム軸(ADC―12、
表面粗さ11〜13μRmax、硬度がHRC―
22以下)に嵌合させ、PV値3000Kgf/cm
