Currently, when replacing or inspecting rails, sleepers, etc. on railroad tracks at night, for example, lighting lights are set in advance at appropriate locations on the road being worked on, or workers are required to use lighting lights for short-term work. However, when working on overhead wires that are quite far from the ground, such as on overhead wires for driving trains, lighting must be installed near the overhead wires. It takes a lot of time and effort to set up the lights in addition to the work time, and it also takes a lot of time and effort to remove them after the work is completed, so it is necessary to set up the lights each time the work is done. Since the setting position has to be changed, it requires a great deal of effort and time in addition to the limited working time at night, and it is also necessary to repeatedly set and remove the lighting lights each time the work site changes. However, it is difficult for the workers to endure the hassle, and on the other hand, it is difficult to avoid the disadvantages that it is difficult to improve work efficiency.Furthermore, even when using a work vehicle equipped with lighting equipment, if the work vehicle is too large, It is difficult to handle it, and if there is an urgent need to evacuate during work on the track, the worker may not be able to quickly remove the work vehicle off the track, which could lead to a double accident. It also has disadvantages, such as the possibility of triggering.
Therefore, this invention enables easy and quick setting of lighting lights in positions that can be well adapted to the work contents during time-constrained night work on railway tracks and roads, and also allows for the construction of small and small shapes as needed. The purpose of this project is to provide a portable lighting vehicle that allows workers to quickly evacuate from work sites by themselves. A movable body is pivotally connected to the movable body so that it can be raised and lowered, and the support is formed from a plurality of connecting rods that can be freely engaged and detached from each other, and a base rod that can be freely engaged and detached from these connecting rods and can be stored. In a portable lighting vehicle, the setting position of each of the pair of wheels on the trolley side can be adjusted separately along the running direction, while the wheels on the trolley side and the auxiliary wheel on the opposite side of the support can be moved into and out of contact with the ground. In addition, the base rod is attached to the cart so that it can be attached to, detached from, and rotated freely, and the base rod is attached to the cart so that it can be raised and lowered through a tilting body that is pivotally connected to the cart. .

The tip of the locking element 8 fits into the groove e drilled on the left side of the wheel W1 to lock the wheel W1 , and then pull out the knob C and rotate it 90 degrees to the solid line position (off). When the locking element 8 is not inserted into the notch v), the tip of the locking element 8 comes out of the groove e of the wheel W1 , and the wheel W1 is allowed to rotate freely. In addition, the upper parts of a pair of rotating pieces 9, 9, which are integrally connected with pins, are pivotally connected to support shafts f, f installed in the front and rear sides of the right side of the truck A, respectively, while the rotating pieces 9 Auxiliary wheels 10, 10 are rotatably supported on support shafts i, i, which are horizontally mounted and fixed below the wheels 10, 9. An arcuate groove k is provided above and below the guide plates 11, 11 which are screwed to the front and rear of the truck A, respectively, and locking portions k0 slightly larger than the groove width are provided at both the upper and lower ends of the groove k. On the other hand, a bulging piece 12 is formed on a pin n with a push button P that is horizontally suspended between the rotating pieces 9, 9, and a spring receiving plate 131 that abuts on this bulging piece 12 and the push button P are on the opposite side. A coil spring 1 is stretched between the spring receiving plate 13 2 that contacts the inside of the guiding piece 11, and this coil spring 1 is always urged and biased toward the push button P side (as indicated by the arrow). ) The bulging piece 12 is engaged and held in either the upper or lower locking part k0 , and the rotating pieces 9, 9 are moved to the third position.
In the figure, the pin n can be held in the position shown by the solid line or the chain line, and by pressing the coil spring l with the push button P (in the opposite direction of the arrow) and releasing the bulging piece 12 from the locking part k0 , the pin n can be moved into the groove k. The rotating pieces 9, 9 are moved upward or downward along the pivot axis f.
It can be freely rotated approximately 90 degrees. Trolley A
The root of a trapezoidal rotating body R is pivotally connected to a pair of hinges y, y set at an intermediate position at the right end of , Z, and the lower end of an inverted flat U-shaped pressing lever 16 is screwed to the right end of these interlocking plates 15, 15, while a notch provided at the left end. The part S is brought into contact with the collar 18 that is integrally attached to the retractable rod 17,
However, the coil spring 19 stretched between the collar 18 of the lever and the inner surface of the side arms 14, 14 constantly springs and urges the retractable rod 17 downward,
Each hole t 1 of the bottom plate 20 fixes the lower end of the retractable rod 17 to the lower piece of the side arms 14 and 14 and the lower surface of the truck A,
When the pressing lever 16 is pressed downward, the retractable rod 17 is removed from the hole t2 , and the rotating body R itself can be rotated upward by the hinges y, y. Notch on hinge y, y side of press lever 16
The connecting piece 21 having a U-shaped cross section with v 1 and the connecting piece 22 at the right end are each horizontally mounted between the side arms 14, 14.
An engaging element 2 that is fixed and can be freely engaged and detached from the notch v1
3, the supporting arm 24 is connected to the connecting pieces 21, 22.
A disk 25 is rotatably inserted into and engaged with the support arm 24, and is rotatably engaged with the left side of the support arm 24.
A wheel W 3 having a smaller diameter is rotatably supported at the right end of the support arm 24, and this wheel W 3 is attached to the wheel W 3 .
Together with W 1 and W 2 , they can roll freely on rails 26 and 5, respectively. In addition, on the right side of the trolley A, a pair of hinges 27 are provided in front of the illumination light storage box 2,
The rear end of the tilting body 28 is pivotally connected to the tilting body 27 .
The support column Q is installed in the support tube 29 that is upright and fixed integrally with the support column Q.
A projecting piece 30 that can be projected from the center of the lower end of the support column Q is inserted into and removed from a through hole 33 of a bottom plate 32 fixed to the lower surface of the truck A via a channel material 31. and remove protruding piece 3 as necessary.
0 from the through hole 33, and the support column Q itself is placed on the trolley A.
A suitable number of bulges 34 are made to protrude radially around the projection piece 30,
These bulges 34 can be freely engaged and detached from the recesses 35 provided around the through hole 33 of the bottom plate 32, so that the column Q can be easily changed and set in a predetermined direction, and the lower end can be attached to the trolley A. With a curved hook piece 36 that can be pivoted,
It is possible to lock and hold the support column Q that lies on the trolley A. As shown in FIG. 1, the pillar Q includes, for example, a base rod 37, first, second and third connecting rods Q 1
Illumination lights 3 are installed on both sides of the holding rod 38, which is composed of Q 2 and Q 3 and is supported perpendicularly to the upper end of the third connecting rod Q 3.
9 and 39 are installed so that they can be tilted freely. The base rod 37, the first, second and third connecting rods Q 1 , Q 2 ,
An example of how Q3 are connected to each other is shown in Figures 7 and 8. That is, a lid body 41 fixed to the inside near the upper end of the second connecting rod Q 2 with a fastener 40 such as a rivet or screw is slidably and rotatably fitted along the outer periphery of the third connecting rod Q 3 . At the same time, the sliding connector 43 is attached to the outer circumferential edge of the lower end of the second connecting rod Q2 with the fastener 42.
At the same time, the tip of the engaging element 44 that penetrates and protrudes from the outer peripheral edge of the second connecting rod Q 2 above the fastening tool 42 is fastened to the inner peripheral edge above the first connecting rod Q 1 . When the engaging member 44 is in the groove D in the position shown in FIG. 10 , the second connecting rod Q 2
is stopped and held by the first connecting rod Q 1 , and when the second connecting rod Q 2 is slightly rotated to remove the engaging element 44 from the groove D, the second connecting rod Q 2 is held by the first connecting rod Q 2.
It becomes possible to go up and down for Q1 . Note that the protruding piece 45 protruding from the upper end of the third connecting rod Q 3 can be freely engaged and detached by a snap lock 46 attached near the upper end of the base rod 37.
When the first, second and third connection rods Q 1 , Q 2 and Q 3 are housed in the base rod 37, the protrusion piece 45 is locked with the snap lock 46, and the first, second and third connection rods Q 1 , Q 2 and Q 3 are When taking out the three connecting rods Q 1 , Q 2 , Q 3 from the base rod 37,

Since this invention has the above - described configuration, when using the invention, as shown in FIGS.
6 from the front and rear ends of trolley A and set them to the positions indicated by the two-dot chain lines, then tighten the adjustment screws S 1 and S 2
While holding the connecting fittings j 1 and j 2 in the position indicated by the two-dot chain line in Fig. 2 by tightening the
Rotate 90 degrees and insert the tip of lock 8 into groove e of wheel W 1 .
When wheel W 1 is locked, trolley A
This prevents the cart A from moving unnecessarily or unexpectedly, and also rotates the support Q in a predetermined direction depending on the work situation, locks the bulge 34 in the recess 35, and locks the illumination light. 39, 39 are irradiated toward a desired point, and the rotating arm F is rotated to bring the pressing piece 48 into close contact with the outer peripheral edge of the support tube 29, thereby preventing the support column Q from singing. After making these preparations and working on the railway track, when you are finished, grasp the knob C, rotate it 90 degrees, and pull it toward you so that the tip of the lock 8 is in the groove e. Since it leaves from the trolley A
is moved forward or backward along rails 5 and 26 to head to the next work site. However, when it is necessary to place the illumination lights 39, 39 close together depending on the situation at the work site, for example, the first connection rod Q 1 at the lowest end
By rotating 90 degrees, the engaging element 44 is removed from the groove D of the annular body 45 in the base rod 37, and the first connecting rod Q 1
is dropped and stored in the base rod 37. At this time, the third
A snap lock 46 is locked onto the protruding piece 45 of the connecting rod Q3 . When the second and third connecting rods Q 2 and Q 3 are sequentially dropped and stored in the connecting rods immediately below, the same actions as described above are performed. When moving around the work site, press the push button P against the elastic force of the coil spring l to release the bulging piece 12 from the locking part k0 , and rotate the piece around the support shaft f. 9, 9 are rotated approximately 90 degrees, and the auxiliary wheels 10, 10 are separated from the ground 50 and positioned on the sides of the trolley A. (The position indicated by the chain line in Fig. 3. If this is done, when the trolley A passes the branch point, the auxiliary wheels 10, 10 can be prevented from coming into contact with the members at the branch point, allowing the vehicle to pass through the branch point without any trouble.) When the trolley A is removed from the rails 5, 26 and transported to a desired location after the completion, the first,
After the second and third connecting rods Q 1 , Q 2 , and Q 3 are disengaged from each other, they are all dropped and stored in the base rod 37, while the protruding piece 30 at the lower end of the support column Q is inserted into the through hole 3 of the bottom plate 32.
At the same time, the rotating arm F is rotated to release the pressing piece 48 from the support tube 29, and the tilting body 28 is made free. Then, the tilting body 28 itself is rotated using the hinges 27, 27 as fulcrums, as shown in FIG. At the same time, the hook 36 is used to grip the middle of the support column Q, which is placed in a lying position on the cart A as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
On the other hand, the pressing lever 16 is pressed downward in FIG. 1 or 16, and the retractable rod 17 is pulled out from the holes t 1 and t 2 , while the engager 23 of the support arm 24 is released from the notch v 1 and supported. The arm 24 itself is drawn toward the rotating body R in FIG. Under this condition, the rotating body R is rotated toward the truck A using the hinges y and y as fulcrums. (See Figure 4) When working on railway tracks, please note that bogie A
During an emergency evacuation, one of the workers grasps the handles g 1 and g 2 on the left side of the trolley A, and the other worker grasps the appropriate position of the rotating body R under the condition shown in Figure 1. death,
The truck A is evacuated from the rails 5 and 26 to the left side in FIG. Furthermore, when working on the road, the rotating body R is held in the state shown in Figure 5, so each worker must hold the front and rear handles of the trolley A.
It is possible to grab g 1 and g 2 and retreat to the side of the road.

According to this invention, since the setting position of each of the pair of wheels on the truck side can be adjusted separately along the traveling direction of the truck, the wheels can be set and held on the outside of the truck during work. This allows the trolley itself to be set in a stable state, allowing work to be carried out with peace of mind. Also, the trolley can easily travel in the desired direction by touching the ground with the auxiliary wheels. There is no hindrance to passing through the platform, and since the base rod is detachable from the trolley, the support can be inspected or repaired as necessary, and the lighting can be set in the desired direction by rotating the base rod relative to the trolley. in,
The work can be carried out reliably, safely, and quickly even at night, and by tilting the tilting body that penetrates the base rod, the base rod that stores the connecting rod can be placed horizontally on the trolley, and foreign objects can be prevented during transportation. There is no risk of damage due to contact with the trolley, and the trolley can be moved with the illumination light on, ensuring safety on the work site. In addition, since the base rod and the connecting rod can be freely engaged and disengaged from each other, the height of the support can be adjusted and the work site can be illuminated well, avoiding the possibility of unexpected accidents occurring during work. Of course, by rotating the lamp toward the cart side, the overall shape of the lighting can be made smaller, which is convenient for transportation.
