In the conventional ridge structure of a corrugated roof, as shown in Figure 1, a side door 3' was integrally molded on the ridge side of a corrugated tile 5', which is a slate molded product, and this was installed on the ridge. However, due to slate molding, it lacked mass productivity and was expensive. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 2, it has been proposed that the side door 3'' is made of foam and fixed to the ridge side of the corrugated roof tile 5''; Since it is formed in advance to match the surface shape of the corrugated roof tile 5'', there is a problem that a gap inevitably occurs between the corrugated roof tile 5'' and the corrugated roof tile 5'' during the on-site construction stage.

The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and its purpose is that even if the door is made separately in consideration of cost, there will be a gap between it and the corrugated roof tiles during the construction stage. To provide a corrugated roof ridge structure with excellent waterproof properties.

The gist of the present invention is to form a door panel 3 by laminating an adhesive and flexible waterproof sheet 2 on the back side of a substrate 1 which is made of a lead plate or the like and is easily bent and deformed.
The inner ends of the pair of left and right side door plates 3 are respectively fixed to the pair of left and right shade caps 4 located under the ridge tile 6, and the side door plates 3 are fixed so as to fit the surface shape of the corrugated roof tile 5.
To provide a ridge structure of a corrugated roof which is closely attached to the surface of the corrugated roof tile 5 by bending the outer end of the corrugated roof tile.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be explained in detail based on illustrated embodiments. The door plate 3 is formed by laminating a waterproof sheet 2 on the back surface of a substrate 1 which can be easily bent and deformed.
The substrate 1, which can be easily bent and deformed, is thin (0.1 to 0.3 m/
m) It is formed of a flexible plate material such as lead plate, stainless steel plate, aluminum plate, copper plate, etc., which is easy to bend and deform. The waterproof sheet 2 is made of adhesive and flexible rubber asphalt or the like, and has a thickness of approximately 1 m/m. A pair of left and right caps 4 are arranged on the corrugated roof tile 5 of the ridge, and the inner end of the door panel 3 is placed on the caps 4.
These are fixed to the roofing board 8 etc. with nails 7. The outer end of the door panel 3 is bent downward and curved in a wavy manner to match the surface formation of the corrugated roof tile 5, and the waterproof sheet 2 is closely attached to the surface of the corrugated roof tile 5. be. 6 is the ridge tile,
It is fixed to the cap 4 with a ridge nail 9.

As described above, in the present invention, a waterproof sheet having adhesiveness and flexibility is laminated on the back side of a substrate made of lead plate etc. that is easily bent and deformed to form a door panel, so that corrugated roof panels can be installed at the construction site. The waterproof sheet can be bent to fit the surface shape of the corrugated roof tile, and the inner ends of the pair of left and right door panels can be fixed to the pair of left and right caps, respectively, and the waterproof sheet can be bent to fit the surface shape of the corrugated roof tile. By curving the outer edge of the door panel and making it adhere tightly to the surface of the corrugated roof tile,
There is no gap between the corrugated roof tile and the door panel, and the waterproof sheet adheres to the surface of the corrugated roof tile, resulting in an inexpensive ridge with excellent waterproofing properties. The substrate is easy to bend and deform, so it is protected from UV rays and has good weather resistance. Furthermore, the bending and deformation of the substrate and the flexibility of the waterproof sheet make it easy to install in complex areas such as underpasses. It has the advantage of being possible.
