Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the temperature of a heat generating surface uniform and to prevent sudden decrease of temperature after the stop of heating operation, by a method wherein a latent heat accumulating material is situated between a heat generating material and a floor finish material in a manner to be adhered to each other, and the heat generating material is contained in a plateform material in a manner to adhere to each other. CONSTITUTION:A heat insulating material 2 formed by inorganic fibre and synthetic resin is placed on an underfloor material 1 made of concrete. A plateform material 3 formed by a metal, synthetic resin, rubber and the like is placed on the heat insulating material 2. Groove parts 4 are formed in the plateform material 3, and a linear heat generating material 5 is contained in the groove 4. This constitution forces the heat generating material 5 to be adhered to the plateform material for applying heat. A latent heat accumulating material 6 is placed thereon to heat the heat generating material 5. The heat causes uniform heating of a floor finish material 7, and prevents sudden lowering of a floor temperature even if heating by the heat generating material 5 is stopped.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, methods using various heating elements have been proposed for floor heating devices, and for example, hot water floor heating devices, electric floor heating devices, etc. are typical floor heating devices. Thermal storage type floor heating equipment combines a heating element and a heat storage material with a large heat capacity, and by temporarily storing heat in the heat storage material with a large heat capacity, the temperature of the heat generating surface of the heating device is uniformized, and the room temperature is prevented from suddenly rising after the heating operation is stopped. It has been developed and commercialized for the purpose of preventing power degradation and reducing maintenance costs due to the use of late-night electricity, and devices that use heat acclimatizing materials such as concrete, mortar, and bricks as heat storage materials, and latent heat storage materials. There is also a device using Examples of thermal storage floor heating devices using latent heat storage materials include:
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 59-89985 has been proposed. A latent heat storage material stores heat when a substance melts, and a device using a latent heat storage material has features such as being smaller in size compared to a device using a sensible heat storage material, and heat in a specific temperature range can be used.

Various methods have been proposed and put into practical use as construction methods for heat storage floor WM room equipment using latent heat storage materials, and they can be roughly divided into:
Types of wet-buried construction methods in which heating elements and latent heat storage materials are laid on site and buried with mortar, etc., and heating elements and latent heat storage materials are placed between joists, etc., without being buried with mortar, etc. There are construction methods that use the dry method.

The wet underground construction method is mainly used for construction of RC buildings, etc.
It is suitable for laying heating elements and latent heat storage materials on-site, so it can be laid according to the shape of the room, giving a greater degree of freedom in construction, and even if there are some unevenness in the subfloor material on which heating elements are laid. It is easy to lay the heating element, etc. because it is buried and finished with mortar etc. later, and even if there are voids between the heating elements or between the heating element and the latent heat storage material, which significantly impair thermal conductivity, it is possible to maintain fluidity. Floor I has good thermal conductivity and excellent heating effect because it is filled with a certain mortar etc. It becomes a chamber device. In addition, since the floor is finished with mortar or the like, a clean floor can be obtained, and the amount of heat storage can be increased due to the heat exchange effect of the mortar.

The problem with this construction method is that the heating elements and the like are installed in a predetermined shape on site, making the installation work difficult. For example, in the case of a hot water type thermal storage floor 1tFjJ device, synthetic resin or metal pipes are placed in a predetermined shape on the insulating flooring material.
It is necessary to pipe the pipes at intervals and fix them to the floor subflooring material, etc., and the same effort is required in the case of a regenerative floor heating system that uses heating wires. Other problems with this construction method include:
There is a risk of damaging the heating element and the latent heat storage material during construction by burying it with mortar, etc., and a curing period is required, which takes a long time.In addition, when repairing, it takes time and effort to crush the mortar, etc. to find the repaired area. In addition, there is a risk of damaging the heating element, the latent heat storage material, etc.

In addition, as a construction method for finishing a regenerative floor heating system using the dry method, for example, a heating element and a latent heat storage material are housed between the joists on an insulating subfloor material, etc., to achieve the load capacity required for floor strength. There are construction methods such as installing and finishing with durable flooring materials and floor finishing materials.

This construction method is easy to construct and repair, requires a short construction period, and can be applied to wooden houses or existing buildings. The difficulty of installing this remains. Furthermore, since the heating element, latent heat storage material, etc. are housed between the joists, etc., and the flooring and floor finishing materials are pasted, there is a risk of poor adhesion between the constituent materials and the creation of many voids that impair thermal conductivity. In addition, the flooring and floor finishing materials must be thick enough to withstand the load of the floor due to the joists, flooring materials, floor finishing materials, etc. This also impairs thermal conductivity and lowers the temperature of the heating element and latent heat storage material. If the temperature is not high, there are disadvantages such as not being able to obtain the floor surface temperature necessary for floor heating.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present inventors have improved the problems of conventional heat storage type floor heating devices using latent heat storage materials, and have designed a heating element that does not create voids that impair thermal conductivity. As a result of intensive study to develop a regenerative floor heating system that has excellent heating characteristics by installing latent heat heating materials, etc., and is easy to install, mainly using the dry method, we have developed the necessary load capacity for floor strength. Instead of supporting the floor with joists and flooring materials that tend to create voids, a container with the load-bearing strength required for the floor strength was used as a latent heat storage material, and it was installed on the insulated subfloor. The present invention was completed based on the finding that the intended regenerative floor heating device could be obtained by placing this heating element on top of the heating element so as to be in close contact with the heating element, and then applying a floor finishing material.

The latent heat storage material is sealed and filled in a container made of a material such as metal, synthetic resin, synthetic rubber, or a composite material thereof. For example, a rectangular container can be used as the container. By making the container into a rectangular shape, it becomes easy to lay the shell container on the heating element, and the adhesion between the container, the heating element, and the floor finishing material can be facilitated. Further, since the structure is such that the strength required as a floor is supported by the strength of the rectangular container, the rectangular container has the load-bearing strength necessary as the floor strength. It is desirable that the load capacity is 800 cycles or more. If it is less than this, it will not function as a floor. Such rectangular containers may be hollow inside, have a plurality of rib structures, or have a plurality of partition walls, depending on the material, size, etc. of the container. Reference numeral 5 denotes a floor finishing material, and the material thereof is not particularly limited, but examples thereof include wood flooring, long tiles, carpets, and the like.
