Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は自動車用車輪のデイスクにおけるナツ
ト座周辺部を加工硬化させた自動車用車輪の製造
法に関するものである。

従来、第1図に示すような自動車用車輪1にお
いて、耐久強度上も弱点になつているのは、自動
車の車軸ハブボルトへの取付穴2の強度である。
即ち、第2図に示すように自動車用車輪1の取付
穴2を所定のハブボルト3およびナツト4で締付
けた時ナツト座外周部aにおいて疲労破壊を起す
ことが知られている。

ラム及び車軸ハブとの寸法関係から極めて限られ
た寸法形状になり、板厚の変更のみが最も自由が
効いていた。

い曲率R1又は角度α1を有する皿座状にあらかじ
め切削加工し、次いで、デイスク5にあけられた
取付穴6の数と同数で且つ、同一ピツチに配置さ
れたピンを設けた上型と、上記上型に対して配置
された下型とを有するプレス機により、上記皿座
状に加工されたナツト座7をコイニング加工し、
ナツト球面部或いはナツトテーパー面部の曲率又
は角度と略同一の曲率R2又は角度α2に形成する。
