That is, a plurality of spacers 10 are connected to the end of the inner cylinder 3B fixedly installed outside the upper inner pipe 2 connected to the pipeline 1B, and the inside of the groove 6 is inserted into the groove 6 formed by the spacer 10. A sliding packing ring 9 is fitted, an outer cylinder 3A is attached to the outside of the inner cylinder 3B, and a lower main body member 5 is fixed to the outside of the lower inner pipe 4 connected to another pipeline 1A. This is a pipeline self-aligning connection device fitted into the packing ring 9.

In order to facilitate the assembly of the packing ring 9, in this embodiment, the upper main body member 3 is composed of two members, an outer tube 3A and an inner tube 3B.
A packing ring 9 is fitted between A and the inner cylinder 3B via a spacer 10.

The specific method of inserting the packing ring 9 is as follows.
Before fitting the outer tube 3A onto the inner tube 3B,
A packing ring 9 is brought into contact with the lower end of B, and a spacer 10 is applied from below to fix it. If another packing ring 9 is to be attached, connect it in the same manner. When the connection is completed, fit the outer cylinder 3A from below. together,
Attach.

After sealing, when brought closer, each check valve 11,
12 is opened, and the upper inner tube 2 and the lower inner tube 4 communicate with each other, but when connecting the upper and lower parts, the packing ring 9 moves circularly inside the groove 6, as shown in FIG. By moving in the circumferential direction, the error in the center position between the upper inner tube 2 and the lower inner tube 4 is absorbed.

Therefore, the pipeline self-aligning connection device of the present invention automatically absorbs machining errors and assembly process errors in the center positions of the pipelines to be connected, and also completely connects the connected parts. The present invention has the advantage of being able to be sealed, and is particularly effective when connecting a large number of pipelines simultaneously and with high precision.

Furthermore, the present invention has the following advantages: (1) Since the packing ring 9 slides within the groove 6, its movement is smooth; Since there is no movement or deformation, no gap is created between the packing ring 9 and the main body member 5, and a firm seal can always be achieved by appropriately following the centering movement of the main body member. (2) When the packing ring 9 wears out due to sliding and needs to be replaced, the packing ring 9 can be easily replaced by simply removing the spacers 10 one after another, eliminating work such as destroying other parts and eliminating waste. .
