Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the cost of metallic die, manhour and material remarkably and to attain automatic assembling by using an ABS resin having a near infrared ray trans,ittivity and forming a smoke plate and an upper or a lower case incorporatedly. CONSTITUTION:A mount plate 2d and the smoke plate 2e are formed incorporatedly to the front edge of the upper case 2 made by using the ABS resin having the near nfrared ray transmittivity. In the assembling, the upper case 2 is turned over, a contact board 3 is put into the upper case 2 in the upper case 2 so as to match operating buttons 3a with operating button windows 2c and an assembled printed board 4 is put together. Then the lower case is aligned so that the smoke plate 2e is fitted to its engaging slit 5a and the lower case 5 is fixed to the upper case 2.
