への通過のみ許す第１の逆止弁と、上記容器本体
の上端と下端との中間に設けられ、容器本体の上
方から下方への通過のみ許す第２の逆止弁と、上
記容器本体の下部に同容器本体と摺動自在に設け
られた筒状ピストンと、この筒状ピストンと容器
本体との間に介在され、筒状ピストンに対して容
器本体を上方に付勢する付勢部材と、上記筒状ピ
ストンの下部に設けられ、筒状ピストンの内部か
ら外部への通過のみ許す第３の逆止弁と、上記筒
状ピストンの下部に設けられ筒状ピストンの下部
を覆うキヤツプと、このキヤツプに固定されキヤ
ツプ内の第３の逆止弁の下部からキヤツプの外部
へ通じる穴が形成された塗布体とを備えてなるこ
