(Prior Art) Conventionally, automatic teller machines have a depositing function and a dispensing function, and they distinguish deposited banknotes one by one inserted into the depositing part, accept the verified banknotes as genuine bills, and then accept the banknotes that have been verified as genuine bills. It has a deposit function that returns undifferentiated bills, double-feeds bills sent out from the in-flight bill storage box, and distinguishes between bills of different types.
There is a need for a dispensing function that dispenses these banknotes when no abnormality is detected, and removes the abnormal banknotes to a reject box when an abnormality is detected.

In the case of the above-mentioned automatic teller machine, it is necessary to prepare payment bills of various denominations in the bill storage box in the machine at the beginning of the workday, and it is necessary to collect the banknotes remaining in the machine at the end of the workday.

However, when the loading and unloading operations for preparing and collecting banknotes are performed for each storage box of each denomination, there is a drawback that the number of storage boxes to be processed increases, which requires labor and time.

Therefore, in order to solve the above problem, we have prepared a bulk storage box that stores banknotes of various denominations all at once.
At the start of business, the banknotes of each denomination in this bulk storage box are fed out, the denomination is distinguished, and the banknotes are stored in the storage box for each denomination.
An automatic deposit/withdrawal machine has been proposed that is configured to dispense banknotes from each denomination storage box and collect them in the bulk storage box at the end of the day.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, in the above-mentioned automatic teller machine, the bulk storage box is not used for purposes other than preparing banknotes at the start of work and collecting banknotes at the end of work, and they are wasted inside the machine during operation. It's just that.

In addition, the automatic deposit/withdrawal machine may be used if a denomination other than the denomination of the withdrawn banknote, such as a 5,000 yen note, is deposited, or if a defaced note is deposited, or if the storage box for each denomination for withdrawal is full. When the banknotes are deposited at the time of the deposit, the bank is equipped with a dedicated deposit box for storing the deposited banknotes.

Therefore, conventional automatic teller machines have a deposit box as described above in addition to the storage box for each denomination for withdrawals, and when the machine itself prepares banknotes at the beginning of the workday and collects banknotes at the end of the workday, it also has a storage box for each denomination. Since the storage box is provided, there is a problem that the structure of the banknote storage section becomes complicated and large.

On the other hand, during operation of an automatic teller machine, there are more withdrawal transactions than deposit transactions, and even if the machine is configured to reuse deposited banknotes as withdrawal banknotes, the number of withdrawals in the denomination storage box There may be a shortage of gold banknotes.
In this case, the only option is to temporarily stop the operation of the automatic cash deposit/withdrawal machine and manually replenish the banknotes for withdrawal, or to replenish the banknotes by loading new banknotes into the bulk storage box as at the start of business. In order to reduce the supply of banknotes during operation, it is possible to increase the banknote storage capacity of the denomination storage boxes, but this would lead to an increase in the size of the device.

(Means for Solving the Problems) For the above-mentioned purposes, the present invention stores deposited banknotes in storage boxes classified by denomination, uses the banknotes in the storage boxes classified by denomination as banknotes for withdrawal, and allows the storage of banknotes to be attached to and removed from the main body of the device. In an automatic deposit/withdrawal machine that supplies banknotes to the denomination-specific storage box at the beginning of the workday and collects banknotes from the denomination-specific storage box at the end of the workday, the machine is partitioned into two chambers by a banknote storage cassette. a driving means for moving the cassettes from one chamber to the other within the bulk storage box; and a drive means for feeding banknotes from one chamber of the bulk storage box and supplying the banknotes to the denomination-specific storage box. The present invention includes a feeding and supplying mechanism, and a collecting mechanism that collects a part of the banknotes deposited in the bulk storage box, banknotes stored in the denomination-specific safe, or banknotes that cannot be used as disbursed banknotes.

(Function) In the above configuration, the present invention stores the banknotes for withdrawal of each denomination in two chambers of the bulk storage box at the same time, and then stores the banknotes for withdrawal in the bulk storage box in which the banknotes for withdrawal are stored. Attach to automatic deposit/withdrawal machine. By this attachment, the banknotes are fed out from one side of the bulk storage box by the feeding mechanism, the denominations are discriminated, and the banknotes are stored in the storage boxes for each denomination, thereby emptying the chamber on one side of the bulk storage box. Thereafter, the cassettes located in the other chamber of the bulk storage box are moved to the empty side by the driving means. During operation, the storage boxes for each denomination are replenished with missing banknotes from the moved cassettes, and the chambers emptied due to the movement of the cassettes are used as deposit boxes. At the end of the day, the banknotes for withdrawal of each denomination are collectively stored in the two chambers of the bulk storage box, and the operator collects the storage box.

The automatic deposit/withdrawal machine in this embodiment can input deposited banknotes and receive paid banknotes from a transaction port 2 provided in the machine body 1, and can also transport these banknotes through a banknote circulation conveyance path 3. Meanwhile, the redirect box 4 below the fuselage 1, the bulk storage box 5,
It also has the function of interconnecting the denomination storage boxes 6 and 7 for 10,000 yen notes and 1,000 yen notes, and the transaction opening 2, respectively. In order to satisfy these functions, in this embodiment, each of the storage boxes 4 to 7 is connected to a banknote circulation conveyance path by a depositing mechanism 8 provided above and a dispensing mechanism 9 provided below. It is connected to 3. Reference numerals 9A to 9D refer to a separating and feeding unit that constitutes the dispensing mechanism 9 for each of the storage boxes; 10 refers to a banknote discriminating unit that checks incoming banknotes, for example, distinguishing between authenticity thereof; and 11 a banknote discriminating unit to check the authenticity of the banknotes; 12 to 16 are sorting parts that send out incoming banknotes in a predetermined direction.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above in detail, according to the present invention,
The bulk storage box is divided into two chambers, and at the start of work, each denomination of banknotes is taken out from one chamber of the bulk storage box and distributed and stored in each denomination storage box, and then the banknotes in the other chamber are stored. The empty cassette chamber is moved to the empty chamber, and during operation, the empty time is used to replenish banknotes from this cassette to the storage boxes of each denomination. Since one chamber of the storage box is used as a deposit box from now on, there is no need for a dedicated deposit box, which has the effect of simplifying the structure and downsizing of the automatic deposit/withdrawal machine. In addition, even if there is a shortage of banknotes to be dispensed, the machines themselves will replenish them without relying on human hands.
This facilitates the work of replenishing banknotes.
